An exciting opportunity has arisen for permanent post as Band 7 Practitioner in the Mental Health Liaison team for The Bay, based in Barrow in Furness.


The successful candidate will oversee assessments and treatment for patients on the MHLT pathway and clinical delivery of the service which will involve, offering timely and responsive assessments, working collaboratively with service users and their families, delivering high quality evidence based approaches to care, and delivering collaborative care – plans and risk assessments based on least restrictive practice. The Practitioner role is central to the safe and effective running of the service. We require an outstanding clinical skills and someone who is committed to providing a high quality, safe and effective service. A high level of emotional intelligence will be required in the successful applicant, and the ability to be part of a cohesive MDT team will be critical to the role. Furthermore, the development and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships with CCG’s, LSCFT partner services and Acute Hospitals is vital to the role.

Working for a East Midlands based kitchen manufacturer, your duties will include: -

- Working closely with an established Goods In team
- Relocating stock to various designated areas within the warehouse
