Job Description WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
This position is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. 6.30am - 2.30pm
There is occasional bank holiday working and start time can be flexed if required to 7am and finish 3pm
- Working alongside the chef and team member to support FOH and admin reporting to general manager at sister site.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience, under the guidance of the Manager
- Complete weekly admin & due diligence needs to be computer literate
- To support manager with team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets, standards required and company and client information.
- Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and that their food / room service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments and ensure that all standards and procedures in respect of Hygiene and Safety are established and maintained
- Assist with core catering operations when required
- Cleaning and replenishment of refreshment areas within the building

Qualifications - Have experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role with the catering hospitality industry
- Use your entrepreneurial skills to create a thriving and successful working environment to grow the role and business
- Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
- Good delegation and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving
- Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Self motivating and be an independent worker
