Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst will investigate and analyse the force's business activities, recommend changes to enhance efficiency, and coordinate the implementation of those changes. The Diagnostics Team support Integrated Care systems to deliver the diagnostics transformation, specifically supporting network formation, review of clinical pathways and implementation of Community Diagnostic Hubs. The overall objective of the team is to improve outcomes and access to Diagnostics ensuring earlier diagnosis and connected patient records.

This role will provide programme and project management support to the Senior Diagnostic Transformation Managers as well as the wider NW Diagnostic Team, Senior Managers, Directors and stakeholders.

The post holder will work as part of a team in delivering an efficient and effective administrative support to the senior members of the team.





Key Responsibilities will include:
• Undertaking all administrative duties sorting and prioritising emails from the NW Diagnostic mailbox where required and distributing as appropriate.
• Managing the NW Diagnostic electronic diary for the team, including arranging and changing meetings prioritising these as appropriate.

• Keep front of House tidy and presentable at all times

• Clear snow and grit the drive, paths and any areas to which Clients, Visitors or Staff Members have access.
• Where applicable, cut the grass around the building and tend to any flowerbeds, hanging baskets etc.

• External lighting working o CCTV cleaned regularly

• Carry out any patching up or touching up of decoration as and when required in order to maintain standard of Care Centre.

• Test all portable appliances as specified in Company procedures.

What You Will Do:

The Development Service Delivery Manager will work with a range of stake holders (both internal and external) to ensure that developments are delivered to support our partners and customers objectives. An exciting opportunity has arisen on Alt ward to work as a Nurse practitioner. Alt is a 17 bedded acute adult ward, who provides mental health and physical health support to both male and females.
