MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Manager for a legal firm to support the IT Helpdesk in both the Leeds and Manchester office. This role will take overall responsibility for delivering IT support services to the Manchester and Leeds offices to achieve clearly stated business goals and performance targets. As a member of the team you will use a reablement approach, working closely alongside individuals and their families, to focus on promoting and maximising independence, self-management and natural resources. We have opportunities within the Home Assessment Team (HAT) which focusses on getting the right supports in place, in those first days, after service users return home from hospital. We also have opportunities within the wider home support service providing longer term care.

A SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable, successful applicants who don't currently hold this qualification will be supported to achieve this.
