My client is a fast-growing is large insurance company based in Chorley. We are looking to recruit an experienced and diligent Senior HR Manager reporting directly to the Group COO. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of HR and employee relations management and support across the Group business, ensuring excellent working relationships with employees, colleagues, third parties and internal teams. Main Purpose: Cover a range of duties across the Post-Appointment Team - Looking for strong administrative experience - doesn't have to be in IVA

Principal Duties and Responsibilities


· Draft statutory notices and issue reports to creditors and debtors as per the statutory requirements

· Communicating with clients via phone/SMS/email ensuring all conversations follow GDPR regulations

· Handle all aspects of IVA administration post approval
· Draft, convene and chair variation meetings when required
· Assist with case distributions as and when required
· Liaise with Distributions officer to arrange final distributions
· Deal with all aspects of property restrictions
· Manage and action specific modifications
· Monitor increased liabilities on all cases
· Deal with all aspects of property restrictions/month 54 reviews
· Any such duties that may be required by the business
· Discuss any changes to payments required with clients
