GENERAL OVERVIEW:

This job manages the daily operations of a complex large/multiple full time locations/physician practices.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the day to day operations of the physician practice(s), including front and back office functions. (20%)
• Supervises staff, resolves problems and implements approved disciplinary action. Interviews, hires, trains and conducts performance evaluations. (20%)
• In conjunction with the director, develops the practice budget. Manages and monitors key financial and revenue cycle metrics, including staff hours, resource allocation, expense budget, patient volumes, and the revenue cycle process. Provides primary (or secondary) review of reconciliation of monies being collected and deposited. (20%)
• Responsible for monitoring patient satisfaction reports, identifying variances from standard, addressing and resolving patient complaints. (10%)
• Responsible for quality and performance improvement by monitoring metrics and addressing deficiencies. (10%)
• Works collaboratively with physicians, leadership and health professionals to accomplish organization and practice goals. (10%)
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. (10%)
• Requires frequent travel to various practice locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in physician practice setting with 2 years’ practice management experience.

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple sites.
• CPPM (Certified Physician Practice Manager) certification.

Allegheny Singer Research Institute seeks a Research Statistician to work in Pittsburgh, PA, and assist research faculty at AHN to design and assess clinical research studies that result in peer reviewed publications and national presentation.  Duties include: 1) assisting research faculty with study design, 2) writing and reviewing statistical analysis plans 3) directing activities of other personnel and providing review of project work of other statisticians 4) assisting with manuscripts and presentations of scholarly work and 5) ensuring that work products meet expectations and are consistent with analysis plans.

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work on-site/in the Pittsburgh office 2 days per week as needed.

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Statistics or a related field focused on Measurement and Evaluation. Must have 12 months of experience with statistical analysis.

Must also have any experience with or knowledge of: (i) SAS programming; (ii) statistical theory including experimental design, categorical data analysis, analysis of variance (covariance), linear regression, generalized linear mixed model, logistic regression, non-parametric methods, and propensity score matching; and (iii) statistical design, analysis, and programming techniques to effectively communicate statistical concepts.

The PGS Learning Technology & Solutions (LT&S) Lead is responsible for leading a team of individual contributors who provide global expertise to the PGS network focused on Learning Management System (LMS) and related technology. The LT&S Team Lead serves as the overall PGS business owner / representative for the Pfizer LMS, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and optimization of the global PGS LMS. The LT&S Lead represents PGS on the Enterprise Technology Steering Committee and sponsors the PGS global LMS forum (CoP) to drive excellence and compliance, including effective adoption of best practices.

The LT&S Team is an integral part of the PGS Personnel and Training Management Process Center of Excellence (COE) and partners with sites and functions to establish, manage and execute a digital learning roadmap for PGS. In addition, the LT&S team ensures global training programs/solutions are developed to support colleague readiness and that appropriate learning methods and technologies are used for delivery. To enable the Learning Vision, the LT&S team conducts external benchmarking, evaluates business trends, and works with Pfizer digital partners to determine innovative systems and tools that meeting PGS’ evolving needs.

How You Will Achieve It

Serve as the Business Owner for the PGS Learning Management System:

• Serve as the PGS business owner for the Pfizer LMS, partnering with the Enterprise Process Owner to assure the enterprise strategy effectively represents PGS needs.

• Partner with Digital, Quality, Compliance, and the sites to ensure an effective continuous improvement strategy of the LMS system and technologies.

• Actively support Regulatory and internal audits and can effectively represent the PGS LMS system.

• Represent PGS on system upgrades, assuring input to / review of user requirements, evaluation of new features / functions, execution of testing, and development of training materials.

• Sponsor the PGS PLA Community of Practice (CoP) that drives collaboration and adoption of best practices and solves system issues. Guides the team on proper escalation to CoE (center of Excellence) when support is warranted.

• Communicates with LPOs and system administrators about issues with and changes to the LMS.

• Review / approve Enterprise requests for PGS Security Roles.

• Serve as the PGS Change Network Lead for Growth & Development Learning Platform.

Build and maintain an LMS and technology strategy and roadmap that is fit for purpose:

• Partners with CoE and stakeholders to establish, manage and execute a digital learning roadmap for PGS. Puts forward business cases that support the roadmap and channels investments wisely.

• Define and implement network strategies, methods, and tools to promote effective and efficient learning solutions and technology.

• Sponsor or lead use cases/pilots for new methods and tools that improve delivery and effectiveness of training.

Provide leadership, coaching and support for the Learning Solutions and Technology team:

• Leads the group to ensure that appropriate eLearning is developed using good instructional design principles and fit for purpose tools that promote speed and efficiencies. Ensures appropriate training modalities.

• Provides guidance, support, development, prioritization and coaching to direct reports to ensure the team is delivering on objectives with high impact.

• Engages and promotes agile ways of working by looking for opportunities to cross-train within the team and more broadly in the network.

• Builds a high performing team that works synergistically with the larger QSOC team.

• Shares expertise of solutions and technology with Personnel and Training Management COE to increase knowledge of available technologies and influence direction.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in education, training and development, instructional design or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development and instructional design, using multiple technologies.

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance needed.

• From 10 to 15 years of experience leading a high performing and engaged team that is aligned to business goals/KPIs and demonstrates value.

• Ability to identify risks and need for escalation.

• Can communicate and influence at senior director or VP level.

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and through data analytics and trends, takes an informed position.

Role Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic training professional who specializes in creating and facilitating content that will be presented to new and developing leaders within CoStar Group.  The role will be based in Richmond, VA which is the training hub for CoStar Group globally.  This individual will be responsible for developing a training curriculum that is focused on developing future leaders in accordance with the company’s business initiatives and objectives.  This position will play a critical role in advancing careers and developing leadership skills necessary to drive the success of our teams.  

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a leadership training curriculum that addresses various populations across CoStar Group (new – experienced manager/leaders).
• Partner with senior leaders across CoStar Group to understand developmental needs of their leadership populations, and design scalable content that meets their needs, including tailoring specific content when necessary for niche populations.
• Collaborate with other functional teams across CoStar Group to deliver and execute training programs effectively and leverage existing subject matter experts to drive content creation and facilitation.
• Develop training content, instructor manuals, and course materials for internal use.  Where necessary leverage third party materials to supplement and enhance training. 
• Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback from key stakeholders and recommend modifications to course content based on data
• Facilitate program delivery and train-the-trainer programs

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or other subjects related to Adult Education required from an accredited, not for-profit college or university
• 8+ years of experience facilitating enterprise talent development initiatives and programs and engaging adult learners in in-person and virtual trainings; prior experience associated with leadership development at varying levels including emerging leaders, managers in training, and senior leadership training
• Proven experience successfully developing future leaders and people managers through content creation and facilitation
• Minimum 5+ years prior people management experience- this experience will prove important when facilitating Manager/Senior Leadership training materials
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to create an inclusive learning environment and adjust based on audience’s learning needs
• Proficient in Microsoft applications- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
• Working knowledge and application of adult learning methodologies

The Role

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Director, Sales Training for Homes.com you will own the delivery and support the onboarding and ongoing training of the entire Homes.com Sales team. As a pivotal member of the Marketing Excellence team, the Learning Management Lead will play a crucial role in driving the execution and enhancement of a comprehensive program aimed at elevating the skills of marketing at Amgen.

This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing the learning management system (LMS) and SharePoint sites to ensure a seamless learning experience for participants, as well as own robust content development.

As the Marketing Leadership Development Program Designer, you will:

• Oversee the optimization of the learning management system (LMS) and SharePoint sites, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Provide a positive online engagement with marketers across the globe, acting as the home base for all marketer learning and development.
• Maintain and grow key content for marketers focused on core competencies.
• Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring that learning programs are inclusive and accessible to all participants.
• Own the Marketing Excellence branding across all assets.
• Lead engagement with vendor partners.

Key Activities:

• Collaborate with Marketing Excellence and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of training programs with organizational goals and learner needs within the LMS and SharePoint environments.
• Evaluate training and platform effectiveness through clear KPIs, and an agile mindset for optimization.
• Manage learning materials and resources, providing beneficial learning journeys across medias and platforms.
• Build and deliver strong content that is aligned to Marketer’s Core Competencies.
• Develop and manage the integrated project plans with timelines.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, and ability to influence behaviors and outcomes in the absence of direct authority.
• Ability to coach, motivate others toward higher performance.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 4years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

Associate’s degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years industry experience within the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical field, with advanced understanding of key functions; including, but not limited to, Learning and Development/Training, Instructional Design and Marketing
• Analytic ability for tracking and measurement
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Strong project and time management abilities
• Creative thinking and innovative approach to training
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with collaborators
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly and effectively present cross-functionally and at all levels, formally and informally
• Curious, with excellent listening skills; able to challenge current thinking
• Proven experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Have strong knowledge of training evaluation techniques and metrics
• Be an Advanced student in Project Management, and Foundational level in Experience Design and Experiment to Learn, Competencies
• Have broad knowledge of the learning & development field
