Operations Research Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as an operations research analyst conducting operations research analysis in support of the assessment of cyberspace operations. Devise modeling and measuring techniques to investigate complex issues, identify and solve problems, and aid better decision making for strategic assessments. Apply or develop technologies and concepts to assist in advancing the assessment of cyberspace operations. Assist in addressing requirements and the evaluation of data assessment strategies, including sampling, statistical analysis, evaluation, flow processing, and management assessment strategies. Apply operations research expertise to executive-level projects and analyze, assess, and develop future strategic assessments related to cyberspace operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). • Serve as the Lead validation representative for all internal, external, or regulatory inspections/audits to ensure site readiness in support of successful inspections e.g. no critical observations related to validation activities.
• Lead commissioning, qualification, and validation activities related to medical device manufacturing and facility systems including custom automation equipment
• Build validation protocols such as FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance and industry standards as needed
• Develop and implement measurement systems analysis protocol including Gage R&R (GR&R) and Attribute Agreement Analysis (AAA).
• Analyze validation data, generate validation reports, and detail any deviations or non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Stay up to date with current regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements in validation practices, ensuring compliance and suggesting process improvements when appropriate.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position administers athletic training services in a community or clinic setting under the supervision of a supervising physician. They also have the capability of providing support to Orthopedic Surgeons or Sports Medicine Physicians through duties as an Athletic Trainer in the physician practice. These services include, but are not limited to, school screenings, injury prevention programs, athletic consults, injury assessment, and treatment and case management of injured athletes/clients undergoing rehabilitation. This position frequently attends practices and games for area schools and athletic clubs and community athletic events. This position may also provide proper post operative wound care and education, removal of sutures and dressing changes to post-surgical patients as directed by attending physician.

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Evaluates musculoskeletal injuries and develops treatment and exercise plans within the scope of practice of athletic training. Re-evaluates treatment plans, as needed, to ensure maximum patient benefit. Assists providers with clinical examinations, including obtaining medical history and vitals, prepare injections, and taking necessary measurements. Instruct patients in pre- and post-operative care, proper care of casts and splints, and crutch training.

2. Implements individualized therapeutic interventions, and monitors responses to therapy to ensure client safety. Reports progress and medical changes to referring physician or appropriate medical provider.

3. Educates clients, families, and coaches regarding injuries, risk factor modification, and exercise programs. Provide evaluation and treatment of medical and musculoskeletal pathology consistent with the scope and practice of athletic training clinical competencies as defined by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), the Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainers, and the applicable state’s Board of Athletic Training.

4. May perform first and second assist functions during procedures and surgeries under direct supervision of a surgeon if candidate possesses current NBCOT certification or is currently training for the OTC license. Knowledge of all operating room aseptic techniques, including setting up proper draping and surgical fields. Positions and prepares patient for various orthopedic surgical procedures in operating room including fracture table setup, patient positioning, and specialized orthopedic instrumentation.

5. May apply, adjust and remove casts, splints, immobilization devices and traction under physician direction. Removes sutures, staples, pins and wires. Changes dressings and cares for wounds. Measures and fits patients for braces and other orthopedic devices. Educates patients about various orthopedic conditions.

6. May assist physician in reduction of fractures and dislocations. Assists with and performs the removal of orthopedic hardware and wound closure. Able to interpret most types of orthopedic fractures and dislocations on x-ray films.

7. Implements individualized therapeutic interventions, and monitors responses to therapy to ensure client safety. Reports progress and medical changes to referring physician or appropriate medical provider. Evaluates injuries and develops treatment and exercise plans within the scope of practice. 8. Develops reference and referral resources for patients and families which expedite their access to care. Incorporates best practices and responds to emerging trends to enhance clinical care and programs or services and develops effective tools to measure performance.

9. Has autonomy to determine how to best accomplish functions within established procedures and scope of practice. Confers with supervisor on any unusual situations. Positions are facility based with no budgetary responsibility. Internal customers: All levels of nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: Physician offices, patient families, community/educational institution customers (administration, coaches, athletes, etc.), third party payers, medical supply companies, community and business organizations, and potential patient referral facilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field from an accredited university training program. Must possess knowledge of Athletic Training practices and competencies as typically acquired through three years of experience.

Current Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainer certification and must possess a valid athletic trainer license issued in the state of practice, if applicable. Basic Life Support ( BLS) certification.

Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Must have strong interpersonal communications and human relation skills.

Employees working at Banner Scottsdale Sports Medicine, second floor must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.

Collective Training Exercise Planner

Key Role:

Serve as Lead Planner for a team that performs advanced analytical and technical scenario design and planning tasks in support of collective training operations. Demonstrate knowledge of Joint and Army Warfighting Functions doctrine, tactics, techniques, processes, and applicable regulations involved in military operations at the Joint and Theater level. Develop supporting scenario products that include Road to Conflict, Scenario Timeline and Date Conversion Chart, Unit Listing with updated UICs, Base Task Organization, Base OPFOR, Base Unit location, including Graphics, Unit Start Locations, and Unit movements by time increments, Threat ML COA and MD COA, Concept Sketches of Maneuver, Sustainment, Protection, and Health Service Support. Develop doctrinally correct, complete Operations Orders with related maneuver graphics and synch matrices for Theater, such as Joint and CFLCC, Divisions and select Brigades with detail to support any RTU training objectives. Participate in Joint Exercise Lifecycle (JELC) workshops, including Collective Training Scheduling Workshop (CTSW), Training and Resource Requirements Workshop (TRSW), the Concept Development Workshop (CDW), Initial Planning Workshop (IPW) and Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) Development (MSEL DEV) Workshop, Mid-Planning Workshop (MPW), and Final Planning Workshop (FPW). Coordinate all planning throughout the JELC process. Answer all requests for information in a timely manner and in accordance with doctrine.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in the military

• Experience serving on Army or Joint staffs

• Experience with developing Army or Joint Operations Orders

• Experience in exercise design, coordination, and execution, including events at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels

KBR is seeking a United States Naval Test Pilot School Experimental Flight Test Instructor to support taking at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) for the United States Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) in Patuxent River, MD. As part of the world’s largest independent flight test organization supporting both U.S. Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining a highly talented and experienced KBR aircrew services team that has provided over 40 continuous years of Test Aircrew support for NAVAIR.

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Experimental Flight Test Instructor in the Rotary Wing, Fixed Wing and/or Airborne and Unmanned Systems (AU) departments.

• Works within the USNTPS environment composed of government, military, contractor, and industry personnel while supporting flight test instruction. USNTPS currently operates thirteen types, models, and series of aircraft.

• Provides all aspects of flight test instruction in support of current curriculum requirements and will work as part of the team in educating aviators and engineers in the design, risk management, execution, and communication of aircraft and systems testing for combat.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• For employment in the Rotary Wing or Fixed Wing department, the candidate shall be a graduate of one of the following test pilot schools: USNTPS, USAFTPS, ETPS or EPNER Test Pilot School.

Master Resilience Trainer – Performance Experts (MRT-PE) support government client’s program at multiple locations. MRT-PEs teach mental skills, resilience and performance enhancement techniques to military Soldiers, Families and DA Civilians. Teaching is conducted in group and individual settings and includes general education in human performance along with personalized training on how to acquire and apply specific mental skills and techniques that cultivate the mental and emotional strength necessary to thrive in an environment of overwhelming demands and persistent conflict. The mental skills and techniques taught by the program include: Building Confidence, Goal Setting, Attention Control, Energy Management, Integrating Imagery and Team Building. Using these principles, MRT-PEs help the clients to become high performing “tactical athletes” and help foster high performing “unit teams” in preparation for, during, and following combat operations. Specifically, MRT-PEs teach performance psychology to further promote excellence and efficiency during physical, technical and tactical training, as well as during the challenges of combat operations. MRT-PEs also provide tailored education to facilitate Wounded Warriors in their transition back to their units or to civilian life. The program teams are comprised of 5-10 MRT-PEs and led by a seasoned Site Manager with prior military experience.

• Facilitates collaborative learning discussions during table exercises.  Helps keep discussions on track, tease out key points from learners as the process unfolds, and keep the exercises on schedule.
• Attends training exercises and field operations as requested by individual units to serve as a performance enhancement consultant and to coach the clients and leaders on the acquisition of performance psychology techniques and their application to individual military tasks and unit operations.

As a Support Worker, you will be working as part of a focused team in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence at all times. You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.

Kingsley Specialist Services provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

Effective management of the LMS to ensure that accurate workforce training information is maintained and continuous system improvement including monitoring and uploading course information To analyse and disseminate the monthly training, appraisal compliance and supervision data to the Trust Board, Divisions, HRBPs, SME and managers across the organisation to inform of progress and performance against associated Trust KPIs To oversee the systems of work for apprenticeships ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed and filed To support the facilitation of a Trust Welcome to include ensuring all trainers attendance, ordering and setting up of refreshments and ensuring all training materials are ready and that the delivery is of a consistently high standard Responsible for ensuring that the annual statutory and mandatory training requirements are inputted into the LMS Responsible for contacting identified internal and external training providers as directed by senior staff to arrange and organise the bookings of venues and any catering associated with training events To provide senior managers with administrative support for any external project work including project roll out implementation and review
