Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Agent who has a great telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers is required for an established call centre that has built its reputation by providing specialised, and compassionate engagement services to clients.


NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

The post holder will liaise with research investigators and sponsor companies to manage trial protocols and ensure data collected is to the highest standard, with a commitment to participant safety and welfare. The post holder will have a key role in providing and maintaining an appropriate participant focused environment through the Trust. The post holder will support both academic and commercial activity and the production of high quality research.
• Develop an expertise in research skills, including set up and delivery of research studies, whether these are academic or commercial.
• Good communication skills, willing to liaise with many professionals for study set up, including members of the multi-disciplinary team and Sponsor representatives.
• Ensure GCP adherence and compliance at all times and be able to follow complex protocols and SOP's (Trust or Sponsor)
• Be meticulous in record keeping, records must be complete have attention to detail and be ready to be audited at any time.
• Good planning and organisational skills is crucial. The post holder must be able to have excellent team working skills and be able to plan their own workload too,
• The Post holder will be expected to deliver the highest standard of patient care. Monitoring patients for safety, adverse events in accordance with the research protocol and NMC code of conduct.

Prospero Teaching are looking for Primary Teacher with good subject knowledge to work in Key Stage 2 in a lovely primary school in Salford. This Primary Teacher role is to start in September and is required for the autumn term at a minimum.

This is a welcoming 1-form entry primary school and you will be working within a strong team of primary teachers and TAs. As class teacher you will have full responsibility for planning, teaching and assessing your class. The school is looking for a Primary Teacher who has good classroom management and an inspiring manner in the content and style of their teaching.
