Job purpose

Duties and responsibilities

Nutritional product training:

• Support marketing E-newsletter content management in relation to customer health and product information.
• Prepare and develop creative and conceptual ideas on marketing nutrition materials to support the sales team based on training needs, available data and research, which includes product brochures, catalogues, advertorials, detailing kits and necessary material based on monthly needs, events, etc.
• Support marketing in researching literature and scientific reviews in related to active ingredients as compared to competitor brands.

As the Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist, you will support by completing delegated Pharmacovigilance tasks of scientific analyses, case reviews, data reviews & presentations, signal management and risk assessment activities, evaluation of product quality issues and emerging safety issues, including contribution to safety documents, aggregate reports, RMPs and health authority requests, submissions IND/CTA/MAA, Response to Questions (RtQ)/interactions etc. for allocated assets/products, projects and activities, including for clinical safety of assets in clinical development.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to apply for the Senior Pharmacovigilance Scientist, you must possess:

* Bachelor's degree in biologic or natural science or advanced degree (M.Sc., PhD, MPH, PharmD, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

Operational

• Ensure medicines are topped up regularly to facilitate smooth dispensing process
• Accurately pack and dispense all prescriptions according to set standards and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations of the laboratory
• Perform all procedures in accordance with laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram (ECG) and spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way.

• Notify medical technologist/lab in charge when instrument malfunction and make arrangements with BME or instrument vendor to service the instrument

• Perform and record internal and external quality controls and calibrations. Troubleshoot outliers in accordance to work instructions.
• Ensure ‘critical value’ are reported to the relevant personnel within 30 minutes
• Ensure daily maintenance and QC records are up to date.
• Ensure compliance to hand hygiene, workplace safety, International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) and International Standardization of Organizations (ISO) and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements of the laboratory.
