The Section Chief, in conjunction with the Associate Chief of Staff (ACOS); Deputy Associate Chief of Staff (DACOS) and Chief Medical Officer DBMSOPC will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, implementation, controlling and refining a comprehensive patient management, clinical support, and administrative program. The Chief Nurse, Acute Care provides executive oversight for daily clinical and administrative operations with supervision of the Nurse Managers over the following areas: Inpatient Case Management, STAT Team, Centralized Telemetry office, Medical/Surgical units, Intensive Care units, and Progressive Care unit. The WPB VA Medical Center has a designated role in the Geriatrics and Extended Care Service that serves as the Attending Physician and Medical Director of the Community Living Center (CLC). The incumbent provides clinical and administrative oversight of the CLC. They will also be a teaching faculty member in our Geriatrics Fellowship program. They will have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Serves as a resource to senior management and other clinical and administrative leaders on issues impacting the delivery of care for Veteran's who use the Geriatrics Department services.

• Develops a five-year facility improvement program to maintain a state of the art program, prepares construction plans for renovations/additions or expansion and submits work orders for all minor construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensures inventory control of all property, equipment and supplies to protect government assets and determines replacement requirements levels.
• Takes timely and appropriate action to comply with safety, fire and environmental directions and ensures safe, healthy, contemporary, comfortable, and adequate facilities.

- Responsible to promote the company's services and products to customers

- To build and maintain relationships with customers, and manage to convert them into long-term customers

- Willing to keep exploring in the beauty industry- treatments, procedures, and technology

- Manage and provide training and guidance to beauticians when necessary

- Able to do sales reports and analyses for management, and suggest the solution

Requirements:

- Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and able to multi-task

- Good working attitude and enjoy meeting people

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, prefer spoken and written

- Self-motivated in achieving sales targets

- Minimum 5 years working experience
