As the Team Leader, you will spearhead the implementation of an enhanced model of care for clients referred through the Primary Mental Health Program. This pivotal role involves establishing robust clinical governance systems, integrating existing mental health nurse staff into the new care model, and developing comprehensive supervision and support structures for new team members. • 24-hour availability in providing support to Ethics Committees is required, as well as periodic coverage for the Region Vice President Ethics and Church Relations.

• Round with ICU teams and other high utilization care teams providing education and assistance in implementing Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Provide education, seminars, materials, and presentations to nursing, medical and support staff, residency programs, and other identified groups on Clinical Ethics and Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Be accountable for compliance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Health Care Services.

• Assess and develop a plan for proactive integrative ethics support and education in the ambulatory (clinic) setting.

• Support and provide presentations and training in collaboration with the Formation programs developed and offered by the Formation department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Ethics or equivalent education, required

• Clinical health care ethics experience, required. Along with demonstrated evidence of understanding and ability to represent and apply the moral teachings of the Catholic Church to clinical ethics matters.

Excellent presentation skills are required with fluency in developing electronic presentations. Proficiency in collaboration and networking skills are required. What You Will Do:

Will review clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate to extract data and apply appropriate ICD-10 Diagnosis codes, along with CPT/HCPCS codes as defined for the service type, for coding, billing, internal and external reporting, research as required, and regulatory compliance for interventional radiology and cardiac cath for facility coding. The Health Information Management (HIM) Auditor ensures the integrity of data in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Audits, analyzes and reports on data within the Electronic Health Record.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships through effective and timely communication with internal and external customers
• Review payroll errors and follow up with Managers as needed
• Process all payroll adjustments submitted for hours and earnings that could not be processed through Kronos. Review adjustments to ensure compliance with payroll policies and SOX controls.
• Calculate, prepare and enter off-cycle check information for payments that must be issued prior to the next scheduled payroll
• Prepare and submit stop payment and wire reversal requests to payroll supervisor for processing
• Research and resolve wire returns or changes generated through the direct deposit process
• Review garnishments that will be loaded to the payroll system during the current pay cycle to ensure that all the necessary information has been sent to successfully process the garnishment from our third party garnishment administrator
• Recalculate retroactive pay changes for employees that are not properly calculated through the systemic process
• Update employee changes to federal, state or local tax records, direct deposit accounts or other changes where employees cannot update their own records through Self Service
• Act as a backup to other Payroll Specialists
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in payroll is required
• Bachelors Degree required
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Previous experience with processing payroll in multiple countries
• Basic knowledge of Wage and Hour Laws is desired

Help users resolve issues with Hardware or Software solutions in the respective EMEA cluster or other EMEA region if required. Administer Infrastructure solutions with focus on Servers, Clients, Networks, Software Solutions, Collaboration systems and device peripherals. Activities which include responding to user inquiries, assessing problems in the IT landscape and troubleshooting issues with IT solutions, in physical presence or remotely to supported locations whenever required. Provide support to GDTI Projects and initiatives in the region, sub-region or Fresenius Medical Care location.

• Perform Service Desk activities supporting users in the respective EMEA Cluster or other EMEA region if required
• Execute Field Support activities in physical presence as required
• Ensure that adequate support is provided to end-users in solving IT support requests and business needs

• Participer activement au déploiement et à la configuration du nouveau système SAP.

• Garantir la conformité aux réglementations en vigueur (BPF, BPD, BPP) et aux exigences légales, en collaboration avec l'équipe Qualité.

• Élaborer la documentation qualité IMS (procédures et instructions) en adéquation avec l'organisation locale et les orientations de la maison mère en Allemagne.

• Assurer la traçabilité du projet pour un contrôle efficace des changements pharmaceutiques.

• Superviser l'ouverture des déviations sous la supervision du Responsable Assurance Qualité.

• Participer activement au suivi opérationnel des lots dans le nouvel outil : libération des lots, gestion des litiges, traitement des retours, destruction, etc.

• Mettre en place un suivi rigoureux de ces nouvelles activités en développant des indicateurs de qualité.

• Contribuer aux tests de validation du système informatisé pour les données pharmaceutiques.
