Provide holistic care for Children/Young people (CYP) with a Learning Disability and/or complex health needs this may include those with Autism only. Alder Ward, is a 24 bedded unit based in the market town of Norwich , with easy access to Norwich City and the North Norfolk coasts. As well as rehabilitation the unit also provides palliative and end of life care when Alder ward is the preferred place of care. The Position

• The Head of Medical Affairs (HoMA), ROPU ASKAN leads the Medical Affairs organization within a Therapeutic Area (TA).

1.STRATEGIC:

• The Head of Medical Affairs, ROPU ASKAN is responsible for the tactical translation and execution of Medical Affairs strategy and implementation towards ensuring early and late local product acceptance, growth, and, profitability throughout the life-cycle. HoMA is responsible for the early engagement strategy several years prior to launch as well as for strategy after launch.

2. DRIVING BUSINESS RESULTS/ PROCESS/ CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
