Graduate Health & Safety Advisor required to join for the delivery of a £100m heavy infrastructure project in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Main works are due to commence on site in the coming months. This is a negotiated project for a key client with a good pipeline of future works in the area.

Reporting to the visiting Health & Safety Manager and working with a highly experienced site team, you will be responsible for driving Health & Safety within the project through to handover in mid 2026.

This Graduate Health & Safety Advisor role will involve regular client liaison, construction methodology, monitoring of health and safety standards, risk assessments, method statements, quality control, identifying and mitigating potential risks, issue resolution and ensuring best practice is followed.

This Graduate Health & Safety Advisor role is with a busy Tier 1 South Coast based main contractor group, with a turnover in excess of £600m, and secured workload in the industrial, highways & rail industry across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset areas.

The service is funded by Lancashire County Council to provide specialist assessment and treatment for parents of children open to the Family Safeguarding Service who have identified mental health difficulties which are impacting upon their ability to safeguard their children. The integrated service is positioned at the primary care level, offering preventative early intervention. The overall aim is to provide families with the right mental health support, at the right time, in the aim of keeping families together when it is safe to do so.

We are a small, supportive adult mental health team made up of mental health practitioners (social worker or mental health nursing backgrounds) and psychologists, with a strong focus on reflective supervision and training. The successful candidate will also be part of the Multidisciplinary Team in Preston which is made up of children social workers, child and family practitioners, substance misuse workers and domestic abuse workers (supporting families to overcome the “Toxic Trio” of substance use difficulties, domestic abuse, and mental ill-health). We follow the Hertfordshire Family Safeguarding Model which has been shown to be effective at reducing the number of children who are taken into care and safely keeping them with their families.

Clinical Pharmacist Job Description Responsible to: Townships 2 PCN Accountable to: Clinical Director Base: Woodhouse Health Centre Job Summary: The post holder is a pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists in Townships 2 member practices. In this role they will be supported by a senior clinical pharmacist who will mentor them. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role. The post holder will take responsibility for areas of chronic disease management within the practice and undertake clinical medication reviews to proactively manage patients with complex polypharmacy. The post holder will provide primary support to general practice staff with regards to prescription and medication queries. They will help support the repeat prescription system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patient in the GP practice (s). The post holder will provide clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement and manage some aspects of the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services. 2 Primary Duties and Areas of Responsibility Patient facing Long-term condition Clinics See (where appropriate) patients with single or multiple medical problems where medicine optimisation is required (e.g. COPD, asthma).
