You will act as a main point of contact for the Consultant Forensic Psychiatrists and Junior Doctors. You will be required to support the smooth administration function supporting the Auden Unit and SCFT. You will have experience of using Microsoft Office, inputting to clinical information systems and the ability to prepare presentations using PowerPoint. The post holder should be competent in the use of Excel, you will be required to develop and maintain spreadsheets to collect activity data on behalf of the Service. You will need to ensure that clinical information is up to date, the post holder will also need to keep audits of clinical information to ensure that information is completed in a timely manner. The post holder will be required to undertake general secretarial duties such as typing (including case notes), photocopying, dealing with telephone enquiries, booking rooms and arranging hospitality, stationery stock control, reporting repairs and any project work as required for other disciplines as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our developing Children and Young People’s (CYP) Emergency and Urgent care provision. As part of the NHS 5 Year Forward View, CWP have undertaken the development of the crisis response services for CYP.

We are continuing to recruit a number of enthusiastic and motivated clinicians to CWP’s newly formed CYP Urgent Support Team.

These dynamic team members will form part of our skilled, multidisciplinary team. Clinicians will be offered the opportunity to develop skills and experience in this area through the induction process, internal training, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and supervision.

The service will operate over 24 hours, 7 days per week to provide crisis mental health assessment and interventions for CYP in a range of settings. Currently the service operates between 8am10:30pm, but will move to a 24 hour service in the future. Team members work 11.5 hour shifts.

The service is currently located in Winsford, but covers the entire CWP footprint.

Successful applicants will offer crisis intervention and assessment to children, young people, families and the children's work force in a range of settings, supported by senior colleagues.

This role could be used to offer candidates the knowledge, experience and confidence to apply for future Mental Health Practitioner posts within the Urgent and Emergency Care provision.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.

Duties for this Senior Support Worker role?

Manage a core staff team of 10+ Support workers

Completing and overseeing monthly rotas

Monitoring staff compliance

Carrying out Supervisions, spot checks and Annual Appraisals

Carrying out and updating Risk assessments and Care Plan reviews

Liaising with CCG and other professionals and the office

Applicant requirements:

Transferable management skills in the care sector

Able to attend The Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training which is provided by Sugarman Health and Wellbeing

The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things

To be willing to embrace the goals he wants to achieve

Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package

Able to work in the UK and can show documents

Working Hours: Every Saturday (6 hour shift) and two in four Sundays (4 hour shifts)

As a Pharmacist in one of Rowlands hospital branches you will be given extensive and specialist training as well as gaining exposure to the hospital pharmacy environment.

This branch is staffed with an experienced team providing an excellent service to the hospital. Currently dispensing around 5,500 items per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products..

What We Require

• Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven pharmacy experience preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends.
• A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving.
