The Opportunity
Work in one of the world's top in-house creative agencies and build a resource managing process to support our teams in assigning resources, balance workloads, and skill growth during a period of innovation for Adobe.
What you'll Do
- Build strong rapport with members of the department you support, in addition to partnering with functional and operations leadership and/or key vendor client contacts.
- Identify skills to career aspiration matches of individual contributors to the appropriate projects.
- Support your partners with quarterly and fiscal year planning by forecasting future hiring and freelance needs based on provided roadmaps.
- Manage escalations, troubleshoot issues, and provide win win solutions and recommendations.
- Mediate resource sharing issues with functional leads and leadership.
- Collaborate on recruiting efforts and support teams on freelance needs when external resources are needed.
- Ensure the successful on-boarding/off-boarding of all employees (FTE, vendors and freelancers).
- Shape resource management tools, systems and templates- constantly striving to improve processes and workflow standardization.
- Lead ongoing process and program improvement initiatives.
What you need to succeed
- You have eight to fifteen years relevant experience in a resource or project management role within a creative or media production organization.
- You feel comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment and are able to understand complex project and program requirements, understand briefs, and recognize potential risks and dependencies relevant to resourcing.
- You are a curious, flexible problem-solver.
- You are also fair, kind, collaborative and a trusted confident of confidential and sensitive information.
- You possess extraordinary communication and social skills.
- The role requires a high level of patience, diplomacy and fortitude and a strong voice in a fast-moving environment.
- You have a dream to work in a creative, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
- Extraordinary writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Business Degree or equivalent experience
- Content, Video, or Event Production experience a plus
- Agency experience a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,800 -- $229,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
