HR Business Partner who has previous experience in Change Management / Organisational Development (OD) / Employee Engagement and Continuous Improvement is required for a well-established organisation based in Liverpool, Merseyside, North West England.

Working as the HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in driving organisational change, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the organisation remains agile, innovative, and people-centric.

DUTIES
Your duties as an HR Business Partner include:
• Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives across the organisation, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes for all stakeholders
• Organisational Development (OD): Design and implement OD strategies that enhance organisational effectiveness, culture, and performance
• Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies that foster a motivated, high-performing workforce and enhance employee satisfaction
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements within HR / Human Resources and across the organisation to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers, providing strategic HR guidance and support on all aspects of people management
• Talent Management: Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience as an Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar Human Resources role
• Strong background in Change Management, OD, Employee Engagement, and Continuous Improvement
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive HR decisions
