A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
As a key member of the Global HCMS project team, the project manager will support the ongoing HCMS activities, and actively manage new projects and initiatives for MyHR and other Group HR projects/initiatives. The role will be primarily focused on:
- Manage MyHR projects, Payroll projects and other new initiatives driven by Group HR (new projects as well as continuous improvements/enhancements).
- Draw project plans, manage deliverables and timelines within budget.
- Change management and training.
- Ensure that IT Project Management & Demand methodology is followed.
- Transition the implemented solution to respective business owners.
B. Key Responsibilities
Project Management
· Plan, manage, and execute priority projects and initiatives on SuccessFactors roadmap and Payroll Program meeting the agreed business requirements and realizes benefits within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
· Regular monitoring and reporting to management and stakeholders on the project statuses and project health, and flag early on any issues/risks related to people, process, financials which can impact the progress and deliverables.
· Facilitate and run project discovery sessions with business to understand the requirements and liaise with the vendor to realize those.
· Conduct regular project meetings, follow-ups, and provide management updates to all levels on the agreed schedules Applied change management process in the project.
· Adhere to all project governance methodology principles (Demand management, Data Privacy and Information Security, ongoing portfolio governance)
Business Processes & Requirements
· Map the business requirements to the solution and work with the vendor team to ensure that the requirements are clearly captured and understood.
· Conduct business impact assessments to identify the how changes from the “as-is” processes to the “to-be” processes will impact the organization and its functions.
· Document business requirements as directed, ensuring traceability back to the source.
Risks & Issues Management
· Ensure all the project risks are within the desired levels and the risks are managed according to the group’s risks management framework
· Manage the identification, monitoring, reporting, and escalations of issues/risks associated with the project delivery, including challenging the project/business stakeholders as required to enable the achievement of project deliverables and benefits.
· Document business requirements as directed, ensuring traceability back to the source.
Organization Change Management
· Engage with business stakeholders, project/technology sponsors, and delivery teams to come with the change management plan, and ensure engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
· Take responsibility of design, creation, packaging of the user training modules and manage delivery of training to variety of audience globally using a range of instructional techniques.
· Create business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, business enablement (via training/engagement) and any other business activities required to integrate the new solution into the “business as usual” environment.
· Monitor and report of the progress of business readiness targets, business engagement activities, training design and deployment etc.

- Project Management certification is preferred.
