The Retail Resourcing Manager will work in partnership with the Retail HRMs, RGMs and Area Managers to provide quality candidates within an agreed timescale and within an agreed Resourcing KPI criteria. This role will also support live succession plans across each Region to ensure that there is a clear understanding of the future resource requirements.

Here's the exciting bit…a day includes

Working in conjunction with the Senior Retail team and Senior Retail HR team to develop the retail resourcing strategy to dovetail into both the retail strategy and retail HR strategy
Providing a comprehensive recruitment consultancy service to the areas and stores
Working closely with managers to identify internal and external recruitment needs, providing a consultancy service to managers and advising on the most cost effective solutions and tools
To lead and manage the delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process at all levels whilst developing resourcing strategies, procedures and initiatives
To lead a team to recruit for all Store Management, RMT and Pharmacy vacancies
Ensure search methods and selecting criteria are in line with current best practise and meet business objectives #
To work closely with Job Partners to maximise the effectiveness of Active Recruiter
Ensure Area Managers are fully trained in effective interviewing techniques and that Company recruitment processes are followed at all times
Ensure that all candidates have a positive candidate experience and that their training and induction is planned and measured
In conjunction with the Senior Retail Team and Senior HR Team, ensure each position has a current job description, terms and conditions and updated benefits package

To work with the Regional HRMs and Regional Coordinators to ensure we are managing candidate attraction via the intranet and that all roles are advertised correctly

You will be joining a well established £100m+ turnover organisation based in Croydon. This is a well established organisation that is going through a period of positive change and development within finance.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be taking on a high profile role with ownership for the delivery of all areas of month end. Whilst you won't be preparing the data, you will lead, motivate and manage a team across accounts payable, accounts receivable, management accounting to ensure the delivery is on time at month end with a very high level of accuracy. HR Manager

The Role:

The HR Manager is responsible for the overall people experience here at Technimove. A 360 role, covering everything from recruitment, onboarding, training and development, reward planning, employee relations and operational administration. You are the main point of contact for all management and employee queries on HR related topics.

• Support the management with the recruitment process – writing job adverts, agreeing job descriptions, CV selection and pre-screen calls, arranging interviews, offer letters and contracts.
• Maintain a positive induction experience, ensuring a warm welcome to new starters and the organisation of any required training i.e. H&S
• Hold fortnightly 1-2-1’s with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for regular updates and communication on their team members
• Promote and encourage the training and development of existing team members, using external courses and e-learning.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Regularly review the policies and handbook to ensure compliance with UK legislation
• Administer and review compensation and benefits to ensure we remain attractive
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
• Support the SLT with any disciplinary / grievance procedures.
• General HR administration such as maintaining employee records, security clearances and more.
• Liaising with the SLT ensure regular team building activities and staff events

Skills and experience needed for this role:

• Level 3 CIPD qualification
• Strong knowledge of HR legislations
• Experience within a SME, tech industry desirable.
• Proven experience in a standalone role
