HR Manager
The Role:
The HR Manager is responsible for the overall people experience here at Technimove. A 360 role, covering everything from recruitment, onboarding, training and development, reward planning, employee relations and operational administration. You are the main point of contact for all management and employee queries on HR related topics.
• Support the management with the recruitment process – writing job adverts, agreeing job descriptions, CV selection and pre-screen calls, arranging interviews, offer letters and contracts.
• Maintain a positive induction experience, ensuring a warm welcome to new starters and the organisation of any required training i.e. H&S
• Hold fortnightly 1-2-1’s with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for regular updates and communication on their team members
• Promote and encourage the training and development of existing team members, using external courses and e-learning.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Regularly review the policies and handbook to ensure compliance with UK legislation
• Administer and review compensation and benefits to ensure we remain attractive
• Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics
• Support the SLT with any disciplinary / grievance procedures.
• General HR administration such as maintaining employee records, security clearances and more.
• Liaising with the SLT ensure regular team building activities and staff events
Skills and experience needed for this role:
• Level 3 CIPD qualification
• Strong knowledge of HR legislations
• Experience within a SME, tech industry desirable.
• Proven experience in a standalone role
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with all team members regardless of position
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage their own workload
• Adaptable / flexible
• Strong attention to detail
• Assertive
• Accountable
• Good problem solver – able to provide solutions
Salary:
£50,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience.

0900 – 1730 Monday to Friday.
Location:
This role is based in Croydon HQ (CR0 4WD) with regular visits to our London City office (EC3R). Hybrid working available post probation (3 days in office, 2 days at home).
