• Administrative activities on planning & budgeting for exhibition/tradeshow and advertisements needs for brand development.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly Sales Activities reports, Sales Projection/forecast reports, Quarterly Sales Reports to divisional sales manager.
• Subjected management’s approval, propose plans to visit existing and new customers to resolve issues, increase sales orders, negotiate price, or understand market condition, customer expectations and feedback.

Job Requirement

• Sales experience of at least 3 years B2B and B2C in electronics products.
• At least possess a diploma in engineering or marketing/business studies
• Expect to travel to U.S., Japan, Europe & the region.
• Frequency of Business trip - approx. once every 1-3 months for about one week.

Your new role

Program and Grant Management

• Support Southeast Asia portfolio and pipeline partnerships, including sourcing and evaluating

potential projects based on the framework and parameters of the Foundation’s strategy.

• Track and monitor existing portfolio of projects, including program milestones and performance

management, through grantee reporting, regular check-ins, and the Foundation’s impact

management processes and tools.

• Support organization-wide strategic initiatives and activities for the Foundation (e.g.

foundation level impact reports and initiatives)

• Conduct research and maintain expertise on grant areas which influence grantmaking strategy.

• Administrative management of grants. Plan, organize and manage grants processes to ensure

grants are executed (due diligence, approval, contract, reporting).

• Manage grants management system (including data entry, management and quality controls).

Stakeholder Engagement and Communications

• Support the Social Impact & Philanthropy team in engaging new and existing relationships (e.g.

clients, external partners, internal stakeholders) to further the Foundation’s impact objectives.

• Contribute to Foundation-related initiatives and events for internal and external audiences.

• Coordinate special projects and grants communication for clients and grant partners (coordinate

fact sheets, reporting, calls for proposals, meetings, etc.)

What you need

– A strong project manager with good project management and communication skills and a very high

level of attention to detail.

– Proactive and well-organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects concurrently.

– Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

– A team player who can work independently on their scope of work, whilst collaborating with others

internally and externally towards shared goals.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
