Your new role

• Analyze and troubleshoot on S4 HANA related Payroll, Time & Attendance / Overtime Management system.
• Manage the role base security and governance of SuccessFactors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in managing HRIS on ECC or S/4 HANA and integration between SuccessFactors and S/4 HANA or ECC.
• Hands-on experience in migration, design and configuration with at least 3 S4 HANA/ECC HCM implementation experience cycles – Personnel & Organization Management, Singapore Payroll, Time & Attendance / Overtime Management.
• Strong understanding of implementation strategy and integration approaches including SAP Integration Suite
• Good project management and delivery skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze and propose solutions to business requirements & issues
• Experience in data analytics and/or visualization (e.g. using SAP Analytics Cloud, Stories, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.) will be added advantages.
• Familiar with S/4 HANA LSMW, ABAP, PFCG.
• Know how in SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.

About the Role:

CKP Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an industry-leading national tanker company in the search for a Hire Desk Manager to be based at a key customer site. This role requires a sales-driven professional to oversee hire desk operations and generate tankering work, with a focus on liquid waste removal and bulk water deliveries (both potable and non-potable). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to meet or exceed key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main on-site representative, ensuring all hire desk operations run smoothly and customer needs are consistently met.
Proactively identify and secure new tankering work, particularly in liquid waste removal and bulk water deliveries.
Achieve KPI targets by driving sales and promoting services to grow the business at the customer site.
Coordinate logistics for equipment and tankering services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records, paying particular attention to invoicing and hire documentation.
Address customer queries professionally and efficiently, fostering positive client relationships.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to manage stock levels, availability, and logistics to meet client demands.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, KPI achievements, and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:

Experience in a sales-driven, customer-focused role; industry experience in tankering is not required but familiarity with plant hire, construction, or utilities is advantageous.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a good understanding of KPI-driven environments.
Strong attention to detail, particularly around invoicing and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and hire desk software applications.
