• Post registration qualification of at least 3 years
• Experience in ‘acute adult service’ would be advantageous but not essential
• Experience in a supervisory role
• A recognised mentoring certificate is preferable

The successful Ward Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,668 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

Your new role

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, supervising and coordinating direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring detailed site records and maintained and archived, producing and managing the project programme, resourcing construction materials, ensuring works are delivered safely and to specified quality as well as assuming overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you must have proven successful experience managing water sites from inception though to completion. You will also hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification, and be able to manage both direct labour and subcontractors. Finally, you will also be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as ensure HSE best practice.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction sites, particularly within the education sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and manage all on-site activities.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.Manage project timelines and budgets.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.Maintain a high standard of site organisation and cleanliness.Ensure the project adheres to all relevant building codes and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
