They are looking for a Marketing Director to join the team and kick the company off the ground and become part of a multi-billion-dollar market. Your new role:
As the new Marketing Director, you will own innovative creations providing strong leadership and direction. With your creative and innovative approach, you will lead from the front, shaping the brand strategy, driving customer engagement for the growth of the business. This opportunity will allow full ownership of all marketing channels with the long-term goal being growing your own team from scratch. You will ensure the multichannel strategy and development supports the objectives of both parts of the company, with the aim of being the number 1 in their niche market.

• Take ownership of the Marketing Strategy with a focus on digital marketing with a focus on driving conversions through B2B, D2C, and key accounts
• Oversee social media planning and execution, including creation of crisp and compelling content including video content.
• Strengthen the short-, medium-, and long-term business goals, leveraging off data analytics.
• Own the content creation for the website with regular updates.
• Monitor the budget for all channels (social media, website, email campaigns)
• Build relationships in all areas, including media partners, key industry stakeholders and agencies.
• Develop successful and qualified leads, with strong market research.

What you need to succeed
To be successful in this opportunity, you will need to have a variety of creative elements in your marketing. We are looking for a seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience, ideally from the coffee industry, but are also on the lookout for individuals that market a product within a retailer or hotels that would understand what needs to be done. Strong experience in a start-up environment in a B2B and D2C environment is also essential for this role. A full mix of marketing is essential for this role, including website development, CRM Management, implementation of digital strategies and brand management. Other qualities we are looking for:

• Excellent experience executing both Marketing and Sales functions.
