Join our innovative HR Business Operations team as a Project Manager, where you will lead a variety of initiatives, including our global Return to Office effort. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Business Operations and other HR leaders to design, develop, and implement global HR projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables across multiple teams both in and outside of HR. Create timelines, allocate resources, manage budget, monitor measures of success, and set milestones.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams, HR Business Partners, Legal, Internal Communications, and senior leaders. Provide regular updates on project status and progress.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues and obstacles that arise. Work through conflicting points of view to achieve alignment to the degree possible.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Improve processes and collaborate with stakeholders to successfully achieve the desired impact of global HR projects.
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience in Human Resources, organizational development, and/or change management in a global organization.
Proven experience in leading global projects, collaborating with HR Business Partners and other HR teams, and partnering with business leaders for advice and support as required.
Experience in developing HR processes and process mapping, focusing on improving the employee experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in project management tools, including Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Experience in documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, action item logs, and other project management-related tools to help achieve project success.
Analytical skills, including the ability to identify key patterns and trends, generate meaningful insights, and use data to drive informed decision-making processes.
Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and manage multiple projects at once.
Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal guidance, participating in determining assignment objectives.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), including attentive listening, empathetic listening, and a focus on creating an outstanding employee experience.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior level across the business and HR partners.
Familiarity with human-centric design and change management philosophies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to seek relevant information for innovative solutions that adapt to evolving business needs and industry trends.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $91,138.00 - $136,708.00
