We are recruiting on behalf of our fantastic client based in Whitehaven, within this role you will be joining an existing team within an inbound customer service department. Full training will be provided!

The Role

• Have a passion and commitment to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction at each customer contact
• To identify and implement process improvements to improve service to the customer and operational performance
• To work in partnership with operations employees at all levels of the organisation to ensure work activities are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Accurately record and process a variety of customer enquiries.
• Diagnose customer issues through detailed questioning and active listening.
• Investigate and interpret data held on a number of different systems.
• Manage customer expectations and set and agree timescales for actions to be performed.
• Promote products in line with marketing input.
• Conduct outbound calls following events and system unavailability.
• Review own performance statistics and take responsibility for personal development.
• Ability to be able to respond to and resolve written customer contacts.

The Hours:

Our client is offering a range of rota's for you to choose from; opening hours are as follows:

Monday - Friday; 8am-8pm
Saturday; 8am-4pm

The Pay: £12.77 per hour

• Paid weekly, every Friday

This list of duties and responsibilities, which follows, represents the broad range of tasks which may be required to be undertaken either routinely or periodically. Aid with the administration of the day-to-day running of the clinical and non-clinical recruitment and onboarding processes, managing candidates throughout the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding and induction. 2. Maintain streamlined processes for starters and leavers within the organisation, ensuring that information flows effectively to the Management Team, including HR and Payroll. 3. Provide support to line managers and team leaders throughout the recruitment process, assisting with creation of job adverts and job descriptions as required, providing HR support at all panel interviews, and advising on the recruitment and selection process to ensure compliance with guidelines. 4. Assist with all contractual changes, including co-ordination of flexible working requests, other changes to roles or contracted hours, and leading on the exit process for staff. 5. Update the Cumbria Health website with relevant recruitment and attraction information. 6. Create content for and regularly update social media and relevant recruitment sites with relevant promotional and vacancy information, ensuring content is relevant, accessible and kept up to date, and make recommendations for improvement where appropriate. 7. Develop and implement specific, tailored communications for recruitment events and campaigns. 8. Facilitate and participate in recruitment events, including attendance at recruitment fairs, promoting vacancies and career opportunities. 9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders when arranging training courses. 10. Coordinate compliance at the point of recruitment and during employment/engagement, accurately processing all compliance documentation including pre-employment and right-to-work checks and training compliance. 11. Assist with routine requests from employees and the management team relating to recruitment, training and general HR queries. 12. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team where needed. 13. Maintain an accurate and secure filing system for correspondence, in both paper and electronic forms where appropriate, in particular in relation to matters relating to sensitive information including disciplinary matters. 14. Use tact and discretion when dealing with telephone calls from staff, patients, and others, in particular when dealing with sensitive and confidential information. 15. Adhere to all Cumbria Health Policies and Procedures. 16. Participate in and ensure own on-going development. 17. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation. 18. Undertake any other activities deemed appropriate and necessary by the organisation.

For all roles we require, as a minimum, you to have the ability to obtain SC level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment, financial and criminal record checks plus 5 years' worth of UK residency).

The ideal Junior Human Factors Assessor should also have:

• Effective Communication Skills: You may interact with a range of stakeholders so clear concise communication is important. Whether it is explaining a point, presenting your findings, or writing reports your verbal and written skills will be important.
• Critical Thinking: You will be able to identify safety critical tasks and have a keen eye for detail to ensure they are optimised for human reliability.
• Self-Motivation: You be able to plan your diary / manage your own workload - the ideal candidate will be able to plan their work effectively so they can deliver to cost, quality and schedule.
• Previous Human Factors experience: While experience in a high hazard environment is ideal it is not a prerequisite, and we would welcome interest from Human Factors Assessors from other industries and those willing to develop new skills.

The ideal Senior or Principal Human Factors Assessor should also have:

• Great Communication Skills: You will meet a diverse range of stakeholders so you will be able to articulate compelling arguments, both verbally and in a written format, to people at all levels of the business.
• Critical Thinking: You will routinely apply systematic analytical techniques to direct the work that you or others do. You can be proportionate and apply pragmatism where required.
• Safety Management: You will work closely with specialist safety assessors so you will understand how radiological, chemotoxic and criticality safety cases are developed and implemented. You will support them to define appropriate human-based protections.
• Self-Motivation: You can work proactively and support others to do so. You will enjoy developing a folder of evidence to demonstrate that Human Factors has been appropriately integrated. You can maintain control over costs, delivery, and schedule.
• Developing Others: You will enjoy mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
• Expertise in Human Factors: You will have significant experience deploying Human Factors tools and techniques in other high hazard industries. You will have a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industrial standards. For Principal roles you should ideally have a national or international presence or reputation.

Your role will predominantly be completing stock condition surveys on social housing properties. You may also be assisting with surveying properties for repairs and damp and mould
What you'll need to succeed
They will consider any of the following- a full degree is NOT required
1) A Building Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager on their final year of their degree apprenticeship2) A Graduate Building Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager without any hands on experience. You may have completed your degree but have struggled to secure your first degree related position.3) A candidate with experience working in the construction sector- you may have worked as a site manager/ maintenance manager etc. A qualification is not required.

The Role
