Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for; end to end payroll, monthly payroll runs, analysing data, checking for variances, performing reports back to management, bank journals, reconciliation of payroll accounts, administration of year-end returns and making payments to third parties. Dealing with sundry payroll matters such as p45/p60 experience with P11Ds would be beneficial.

In order to succeed in the role, you will have relevant experience in a similar role within payroll and be a proficient user of Excel. You will also be able to work to tight deadlines on your own and as part of a team. You will be experienced at running both weekly and monthly payrolls.

The Claims and Systems Coordinator, who reports directly to the Group's Head of HSE, will operate across the organisation, overseeing tasks that involve various departments and business entities. Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will operate at a group level, tasked with developing and managing HSE data systems for the organisations' various business units.
