Job title: Human Capital Management

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides subject matter expertise and thought leadership on Oracle’s best practices for using and implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. Leads workshops in gathering business requirements, influences adoption of standard Oracle processes, identifies and handles gaps while minimizing the development effort.
• Will be part of the Business Applications management team and lead his team, responsible for the Oracle resource plan management for existing and planned projects.

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Analytics Manager is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of a company’s specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications. 

This role actively identifies areas of opportunity to improve existing HRIS processes, functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes (i.e. employee movements, timekeeping and other systems)

Key responsibilities:

HRIS Implementation and Project Management
