Your new role

Supporting technical and legislative requirements, you will also contribute to financial reporting, including board level reports.

Main Job Purpose

• Managing the portfolio of residential properties in relation to repairs, inspections and any other duties.

Key Accountabilities (Assist with portfolio management)

• Ensure that systems and processes are followed to a high standard
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction from clients, tenants and contractors
• Complete check-ins and check-outs to the company standard

Skills

• Have previous Property Management Experience
