You will be joining a busy, global team reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and will be responsible for providing a great service, with a proactive and flexible approach to ensure you drive best practice.

You will be responsible for providing HR advice, advising on employee relations issues and escalating where necessary. You will drive key HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organisational efficiency, including areas like organisational structure, managing change, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

You will thrive in a busy environment and have the ability to multitask, managing conflicting priorities whilst maintaining good attention to detail. You will be a pragmatic collaborator who has excellent skills in delivery, integrity and also has the ability to challenge effectively. To be successful you should have demonstrable experience within a generalist HR function in the UK/EMEA, experience supporting with employee relations and the ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.

Your new role

Will be primarily to build and maintain strong relationships with the companies' customer base by offering support and guidance throughout the registration and onboarding process. You will provide first line support to customers as well as assisting them with aspects such as paying and renewing subscriptions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience within outbound calling or telephone work in general such as dealing with inbound calls. However, the company will consider candidates who can show they have the right character for the role, excelling in areas such as charisma, confidence and having the ability to absorb information quickly to provide the level of service required.

Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 basic plus bonus depending on qualifications and experience plus £2000 welcome bonus.
