As the Shared Services Unit (SSU) ER/LR Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for managing and delivering employee relations/labor relations, performance management and drug-free workplace for the Network. Major duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Plans work and carries out activities to manage employee/labor relations for an integrated healthcare network.
• Developing guidance, procedures, and standards for new and/or changing program areas to maximize personnel management support.
• Provides technical guidance, information, and assistance to management and senior leadership officials on sensitive, serious, and controversial employee labor relations issues regarding employees in a wide variety of occupations, including Title 5 General Schedule (GS) and Wage Grade (WG), administrative and clinical, and Title 38.
• Directing, coordinating, and overseeing the work of subordinate employees within the VISN Shared Services Unit (SSU).
• Developing performance plans and evaluating subordinate supervisors and serving as the reviewing official on evaluations of non-supervisory employees rated by subordinate supervisors.
• Executing the Network consolidated HR team toward meeting the organization's vision, mission, and goals. Ensuring the program delivers a comprehensive training and development services to fully meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Researching HR laws, policies, regulations, and reference materials; analyzing information; selecting the appropriate approach; and recommending corrective action.
• Serving as the subject matter expert on regarding policies and procedures pertaining to Disciplinary Appeals Boards (DAB), Office of Whistleblower and Accountability Protection (OWAP), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), among others.
• Represent management at arbitrations and in situations involving proceedings before other third parties, as appropriate.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

A HR SPEC (MILITARY), GS, 0201, 9, Serves as advisor to commanders and supervisors on human resources (HR) programs affecting full-time employees. Monitors nexus between full time personnel and military readiness and advises leadership on impacts of military decisions on full time personnel management. Analyzes data and making determinations regarding various human resources matters that may involve or may affect employees. Assist the HRO with staff visits and training full time personnel, supervisors, managers, etc. within the unit in all programs for which responsible. My assist in conducting periodic briefings for staff, commanders, and administrative personnel to promote a full understanding of all aspects of the assigned program. Develops and provides commanders, supervisors, and the MPS staff with a variety of statistical data reports pertaining to military HR issues to assist in HR management decisions. Incumbent has responsibility/accountability for assigned program accomplishment. Works with HRO and the Wing to accomplish a wide range of human resources transactions for employees related to recruitment, placement, classification, employee and labor relations, benefits, entitlements, training, and incentive awards. These duties require technical understanding and knowledge of numerous human resources and military guidelines, regulations, instructions, directives, procedures, policies, and precedent situations involving analyzing the interrelationship and impact various human resources actions in different functional areas may have on personnel. These duties impact the civilian and military manpower documents and resourcing. Uses judgment and discretion to interpret numerous military and civilian policies and provide completed work to both HRO and supported military organizations.
Advises and provides comprehensive procedural and technical guidance to managers and supervisors in the areas of recruitment, placement, separation, and retirement. Tracks and coordinates hiring system actions for Wing. Obtains vacancy requirements from functional area supervisors and prepares requests for vacancy announcements. Forwards request to the HRO for final approval. Upon receipt of the announcement, incumbent makes distribution to units/sections. Furnishes information to employees or job applicants regarding vacancies and mandatory requirements for competitive/excepted status positions. May assist HRO with certificates of eligibility to selecting supervisors, coordinating selections/non-selections with HRO as appropriate. Coordinates the completion of necessary documents of civilian personnel who deploy, mobilize, separate, retire, etc. Advises and provides detailed guidance or specific information on benefits and services including, but not limited to; thrift savings plans, life insurance, health insurance open seasons, leave and pay inquiries, uncommon tours of duty, Office of Workmen's Compensation (OWCP) claims, disciplinary actions, performance ratings. Processes requests for training and incentive awards. As the human resources liaison representative, coordinates human resources transactions on a daily basis with management officials, technicians, the ANG organization/unit and HRO. Performs administrative and clerical support duties in the areas of incentive awards, training, classification, performance ratings, etc.
Monitors suspense's established by the HRO and the ANG organization/unit for performance evaluations, and annual reviews and ensures timely and complete submissions by supervisors. Maintains and reviews the Unit Manning Document (UMD) validating the position description number, title, series, grade, and resourcing. Compiles necessary statistics to reflect current status, and accurate consumption of allocated requirements and resources for the purpose of accomplishing a planned hiring program that will meet programmed year end strength and future projections and requirements. Assist HRO with advising Military Personnel Section, Force Support Squadron, and higher-level leadership on changes to full time resources or requirements. Monitors full time manpower studies and application to unit manning documents and advises on and coordinates full time personnel actions associated with manpower changes. Monitors Manpower Resource Voucher (MRV) funding documents provided by National Guard Bureau and advises leadership as necessary on funding changes across or within fiscal years that impacts full time manpower resources. Provides assistance to the Wing, managers and supervisors in resolving AGR problems relative to day-to-day operations. Serves as primary point-of-contact regarding AGR matters between the ARNG/ANG organization/unit and the HRO. Processes all military human resources actions associated with a military assignassignment of an AGR member. Conducts orientation program to outline military requirements, benefiprograms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate as a full-life cycle recruiter responsible for defining job requirements in partnership with the hiring manager, cultivate and source relevant candidates, close and negotiate offers, and manage end to end recruiting process.
• Build proactive product talent pipelines to continuously provide top talent to the business.
• Leverage personal network to generate candidate leads and referrals for proactive candidate outreach and pipeline building.
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across brands and share talent pipelines as well as develop creative ways of sourcing and attracting top product talent.
• Provide regular communication to business partners on status of searches, candidates in process and competitive market conditions that may impact a search.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree from a not-for-profit University or College required

• At least 4+ years of experience in either a corporate recruiting environment hiring product management and design professionals.

Role Description

Reporting to the VP of HR Services, Technology & Analytics, CoStar’s HR Services team is responsible for providing exceptional front-line service to employees, developing and maintaining policies and procedures, supporting acquisitions and major employee events, ensuring the accuracy of employee data, managing compliance activities, and department and company-wide HR initiatives. About the Role

The Electric Meter Installer reports to the Supervisor of Meter Services at Bermex. This positions primary role is the exchange of electric meters of varying form types. This position also requires a high degree of walking in outdoor environmental conditions, excellent time management, and exceptional flexibility day to day.

What You’ll Do

Electric Meter Maintenance:

• Perform visual inspections of electric meters for damages
• Identify hazards at meter sites and report accordingly
• Properly change out electric meters of varying sizes and brands
• Properly change out electric meter for AMI/AMR upgrade

Electric Meter Reading:

• Read electric meters
• Enter data collected in the field into a handheld computer
• Assist on additional projects, as necessary

Customer Communication:

• Refer all consumer complaints to the appropriate authorities
• Provide general information about the meter services to customers, when applicable
• Use telephones, tablets, and/or computers to communicate

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Some high school education, must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience: No experience necessary. Employees will be trained. Valid driver's license is required

Preferred qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 2 or more years of experience in the direct exchange of electric meters of varying form types.

Are you our next Director, Human Resources - Corporate Functions?

The Director, Human Resources – Corporate Functions will be the primary HR business partner to the corporate functions (Finance/IT, Procurement, Government Relations and Public Affairs, Law, and HR) as part of the functional leadership teams and ensure the human resource strategies for these groups are aligned with business and enterprise HR strategies. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Corporate Functions HR business partner (HRBP) team

• Implementing integrated talent strategies as defined by the HR Communities of Expertise (COEs)

• Leading employee relations for Corporate Functions in partnership with Law and HR COEs.

The Director will serve as a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) contributing to HR leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making. This person will participate in the development and execution of enterprise HR strategies, initiatives and activities that will maximize the return on investment for the company. They will partner with HR COEs to ensure effective alignment with global programs and objectives while leading and developing a team of managers to ensure the enterprise human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.

This role will be located at the FishHawk office with an expectation of 1-2 days per week at the Tampa Executive Office.

What will you do?

Strategic People Planning: Contribute and drive people and organization strategy within the assigned client groups as a member of the assigned leadership teams. Participate in the design and definition of HR metrics. Determine financial impact of HR strategies on client groups. Connect local and enterprise HR initiatives and ensure objectives are aligned. Forecast people requirements to support strategic business objectives, which includes succession planning, leadership development, and long- and short-term staffing plans. Accountable for developing the talent and bench within the HR business partner team as well as the overall HR function.

People Development: Provide day-to-day coaching for the assigned client group leaders and their respective teams. Ensure that the Mosaic leadership model and performance management tools are effectively implemented, and employees are engaged to meet their growth and development plans.  Ensure employees have a mechanism for timely and constructive feedback to ensure they have a clear understanding of their roles, jobs, and performance expectations.

Business Partnering: Contribute to the value creation for Mosaic, proving HR guidance and linking HR strategies to business unit strategic plans. Demonstrate value by providing proactive and customer-oriented HR solutions based on the connection with all parts in the HR operating model, on the knowledge of employees and Mosaic objectives.

Organizational Culture: Drive diversity and inclusion through support of recruitment, retention, and development of all employees, and actively engages in efforts to develop a diverse and inclusive workforce and a healthy, high-performing culture. Coach the leadership teams in techniques and practices for building effective and inclusive teams and for reinforcing high-performance expectations.

What will you need?

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related area

• 10+ years of progressive, professional work experience in HR across a broad range of disciplines

• Previous experience in Leadership Development and Human Resources Generalist/ Business Partner.

Overview & Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The HR Manager develops, monitors and coordinates Human Resources policies & practices in a regional group to ensure achievement of business goals. Assists operating management in the interpretation and application of existing human resource policies, and applicable government regulations. • Assemblies weights up to 10,000 lbs. with appropriate handling equipment such as crane, dollies, etc. provided.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Prep & Trim Technician removes and replaces all components as required for paint. The openings are on 2nd shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sand entire vehicle or component, painted or unpainted.
• Perform minor body work.
• Wash entire vehicle or component.
• Blowdown, metal prep and condition vehicle or component.
• Mask, paper or grease components to be protected from paint.
• Prime and paint assemblies or components where a fine finish is not required.
• Demask, degrease vehicles or components. Apply stencils, labels, logos, sandpaint, nonskid etc., as required.
• Clean entire vehicle or components of overspray, grease rust- proof, and dirt to ready product for shipment.
• Drive vehicle as required in- to building from station to station and out of building and operate equipment as necessary.
• Move parts carts by hand or with forklift.
• Rustproof vehicle or components (certification required).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Use of simple arithmetic and some measuring instruments such as caliper, scale, etc.
• Manufacturing experience.

Pay

Hiring pay rate is $24.00/hr plus $.70 second shift premium
