1. Product Development:

Overview

As a Service Manager, you will be a highly driven individual who is part of the service delivery team that ensures all contracts are actively managed and fronts customers directly. • Regionally adjust and collaborate in the Go to Market plan, partnering with regional commercial leader, sales enablement, product marketing, global SMEs and training teams in the creation of Sales Plays, Sales campaign calendar & content, Commercial Decks, Proposal Decks, Demo Scripts, training plans, pitch perfect certifications, etc..   
• Own regional sales SME communities including all regional leaders and local SMEs to share BDPs, White Space opportunity frameworks, etc. with a regular cadence. Voice of client 

• Partner with Global SME team to give input for product development and prioritizations based on client feedback, RFPs requirements, competition analysis and market trends. Collaborate with Client Advisory Boards and Internal Advisory Board to capture needs and get early feedback on our mid / long term product roadmaps. 
• Collaborate with PL and sales transformation team on rate cards that reflect pricing strategy / positioning vs competition and enable internal profit targets. Evaluate potential partners that can help us drive incremental revenue complementing our offering or covering areas we are not investing in.     

Product positioning and awareness 

• Clearly and convincingly articulate Practice Area offerings and unique value proposition, matching them with relevant client business challenges/KPIs. Adapt Practice Area sales framework to each Region linked to use cases relevant to specific target buyer personas.   
• Regionally adjust buyer personas profile and objection handling playbook. Generate buyer personas database at Regional level to activate with GTM plan.

As the Senior Marketing Manager for FHA, you will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering good and quality attendance and attendees’ experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical Team

The technical team is an independent team of experts within IQ-EQ providing technical and industry reporting standards advice to global client services teams, sales and implementation teams, and global clients within the Funds & Institutional segment.

The core part of technical team work is focused on 3 key areas –

1) Technical Advisory (technical accounting and PE/RE industry / regulatory related queries, technical support to sales and implementation team for new clients etc) ;

Job Summary

• Resolve technical accounting queries raised by the Client Services (CS) team and clients in a timely manner
