This associate will report directly to the operations manager. This job requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday, 8-hr. shift between the hours of 6:00am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Support the outside sales team.
• Manage relationships with Internal and External customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.
• Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
• Be a team player and work with our sales team to support quotations.
• Form solid relationships to establish trust within district.
• Willingness to learn and train continually with products.
• Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
• May be responsible for providing back-up driver duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of technical sales experience is preferred.
• Project management experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
• A high level of integrity when problem solving.

• Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices.

The annual salary range for California is $154,000 to $286,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is looking for an Associate Director with deep technical experience to support oversight, assessment, and project management efforts on state and local government technology projects. This position will:

• Provide end to end management of IT client engagements - detailed project plans, scope and budget definition, resource allocation, product delivery, maintenance

• Organize and facilitate project timelines with clients and team, including generating estimates for project complexity and duration

• Serve as point person in client communications and manage developer/client interactions

• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on project development and client management skills with in State and Local Government.

• Manage State and Local Government client relationships and expectations throughout project lifecycle in order to build confidence, deliver excellence, and sell consulting services

• The candidate must be a strong written and oral communicator and be comfortable interacting with clients and serving as a trusted advisor to senior government leadership

• Practice development responsibilities include supporting the creation and growth of new service solution offerings, authoring thought leadership and white papers, and collaborating with other segment technology leaders.

• Managerial and supervisorial responsibilities include mentoring, coaching, and career and performance management of consulting staff.

• Monitor the technical aspects of the project and the vendor and/or client activities by providing input and guidance that supports efficiencies to the client and project.

• Monitor the scope, schedule, and budget of the technology projects.

• Support the client management and stakeholders to plan for and address risks and issues as they occur, to ensure that the project remains on schedule and within budget.

• Coordinate teams including establishing operating models and implementing methodologies to deliver global complex and high-risk multi-year programs.

• Develop and manage master integration management plans, critical dependency milestone trackers, and dashboards, tracking key program status updates and issues/risks, performing action item management for complex programs, including management of interface with infrastructure, communications, cyber, development and finance workstreams, utilizing project management tools;

• Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience with FIVE (5) years in a lead capacity with technology projects

• Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience with FIVE (5) years in lead capacity in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation)

• Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of overall IT industry experience

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university

• Experience managing and delivering large scale (10k users & $10M) projects using Agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodology.

• Showing extensive program management skills including the ability to liaise with technical and business teams and clearly articulate technology concepts to business audiences

• This role requires someone to reside in Sacramento or in the surrounding, commutable areas to Sacramento

Job Summary:

Under close supervision, the Material Handler will perform warehouse operations such as loading/unloading trucks, stacking bags, handling product, palletizing, etc. Document all completed work and recording inventory data; utilizing scanners/computers as necessary. Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of warehouse operations and promote teamwork. Operate forklifts and hand carts. Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Job Description:

• Transports and delivers goods in accordance with the schedule as determined by dispatcher

• Unloads or assists in unloading freight as required

• Properly secures loads and ensures loads are within weight limits.

• Verifies count and condition of goods loaded and unloaded

• Make reports of overages, shortages and breakage/damage as needed

• Operates the truck/van units in a safe manner

• Reports any vehicle problems and defects to Maintenance Department

• Maintains a good driving record

• Ensures good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner

• Performs basic warehouse duties; such as material movement, equipment operation, keep associated record logs

• Assists with inbound and outbound shipments

• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School completion or equivalent (GED) preferred

• Minimum of 1 year experience

• Requires a valid truck driver’s license and skill in the safe operation of different types of vehicles

• Familiarity with MHE (pallet jack, forklift) is required
