As a Pharmacy Technician at our Brentwood Hospital, you'll be registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you'll have proven post-qualification experience. Support the delivery of the Pharmacy service through effective co-ordination of day-to-day activities, including dispensing of medicines from clinically approved prescriptions. All tasks will be carried out under the supervision of a Pharmacist following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

As a Maintenance Surveyor some responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for all maintenance activities within your regions
Providing support and advice to the Premises Helpdesk in respect of reactive works
Providing Building Surveying services across a range of diverse properties, to include project management, dilapidations claims and disaster recovery
Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and subsequently implementing planned preventative maintenance works for your sites

Procurement and management of contractors

Ensuring operating and business plan objectives are met in all areas
Assisting the Health and Safety Officer in the collection and recording of data to meet legislation and advising on cost implications

Who we are looking for to join our team:

Holds a relevant surveying or construction related degree
MRICS minimum 2 years post qualification experience (preferred, but not essential)
Demonstrable experience delivering/managing responsive repairs, cyclical repairs and planned maintenance programmes across a region
Previous experience in the retail sector would be preferred, but is not essential
Ability to manage and support internal and external teams to deliver development and repairs programmes
Shows initiative and adaptability, with a willingness to tackle and resolve complex challenges or decisions
Possess a confident and measured manner with the ability to engage at all levels in the business
Has a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Holds a full UK Driving Licence and willing to travel nationally as required
