Working for a leading engineering firm based in Derby, we are currently seeking a Automation / Maintenance Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering company who are going through an exciting growth period. The successful candidate will be delivering automation projects to company clients. The salary for this role is up to GBP55,000 per annum.

What will you be doing as a Automation / Maintenance Engineer?

• Reverse engineering of exiting control system software
• Produce functional design specifications, configuration of PLC and SCADA packages, factory testing, site testing and site based commissioning
• Monitor and plan projects to ensure completion in accordance with budget and time frame
• Ensure that all Design and Engineering activities meet all national and international standards

What we require for the role of Automation / Maintenance Engineer?

• Minimum of 3 years systems engineering experience
• PLC software development using devices from two of the following; Mitsubishi, Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell Automation
• HMI Software Development using devices from two of the following; Mitsubishi, Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell Automation
• Experience with multiple communications protocols; EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP and PA, Modbus TCP/IP
• Experience working with SCADA and VSDs would be advantageous
• Full UK driving licence

The Role

We are looking for professional vehicle technicians to perform a full range of inspections, diagnosis, maintenance and repair procedures on a range of vehicle, trailers and mechanical equipment operated by Royal Mail Group. As a team player who takes real pride in their work, you’ll be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done effectively.
As an experienced technician you will have your own personal toolkit equipped to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light/heavy vehicles. Specialist tooling and equipment will be provided for common use by everyone within the workshop.
Successful candidates must be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification) and have proven (via CV) experience of working on a wide range of vehicles for example LCV/LGV's.
We also require you to have a full manual driving licence (LGV preferred with trailer experience).

Main duties include:

• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM), conducting inspections, and troubleshooting electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Addressing and rectifying reactive electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime and optimise equipment efficiency.
• Installing, testing, and upkeeping electrical systems, encompassing lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
• Communicating with fellow maintenance team members to tackle electrical and mechanical issues collaboratively.
• Contributing to the formulation of maintenance plans and procedures for enhanced system performance and safety.
• Maintaining precise records of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
• Participating in training and development programs to remain current with industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate may have:

• NVQ Level 3
• ECS Gold card
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience within the social housing sector

The following are the core responsibilities of the PCN Pharmacy Technician post: To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing support to the practice with regards to prescriptions and medication queries promoting safe, efficient, and cost-effective prescribing. To help support the repeat prescriptions system including to reduce wasteful prescribing and inappropriate polypharmacy. To support the practice with managing out of stock medication queries and to advise on the sourcing and safe management of medicines as appropriate To act as a link between the practice and local community and/or hospital pharmacy services to ensure medication related queries are dealt with in a timely manner To undertake medicines reconciliation e.g., hospital discharges, hospital letters To support with drug safety e.g., MHRA alerts and drug monitoring To participate in medication audits To work alongside our care homes providing medicines support Support the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in ensuring Pharmacy Technician representation at local ICB Medicine Management Team meetings and other PCN/Practice Meetings Work with primary care professionals and patients to implement NICE and other evidence-based guidelines To support the Clinical Pharmacist to provide medication reviews, patient information leaflets, medicine awareness Actively participate in the development and updating of Practice Protocols/guidelines and procedures using evidence-based research Computer data entry, processing and recording information in accordance with practice procedures Provide health promotion and education Support the Lead Clinical Pharmacist in mentoring/training the pharmacy administrators Supporting the wider practice clinical team with queries, training and education including developing induction programmes for new clinical staff Teaching and educating patients and their families by offering information which enables them to understand their illness and its management with medicines. This may be provided over the telephone or patient facing Participate in the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway
