Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general maintenance tasks, including painting, tiling, and installation/removal of stock such as white goods and mattresses
• Complete general cleaning tasks such as cleaning shower heads, removal of refuse and tidiness of campus
• Perform regular inspections of university facilities and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist with regular testing of fire alarms, fire blankets, fire extinguishers and fire detectors checks, water temp monitoring and emergency lighting tests.
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance of equipment and appliances
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
