Due to increased headcount we are recruiting for a Maintenance Excellence Manager to join our Butter plant at our flagship site in Market Drayton. The purpose of the Maintenance Excellence Manager is to service and repair all machinery in area of responsibility, whilst actively seeking and implementing new improvement methods to increase reliability and improve efficiencies.

Your challenge in the role of Maintenance Excellence Manager:

- Develop and drive the annual implementation plan for Maintenance Excellence Roadmap
- Implement and effectively establish key engineering processes, in line with Maintenance Excellence roadmap requirements

- Develop a 'top loss' analysis culture utilising site operational measures

- Develop line performance improvement plans based on top loss analysis

Maintenance Excellence Manager Responsibilities:

- People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of team, dealing with employee relations issues
- Sponsor of Operational Excellence principles in everything that we do. Delivers local site asset improvement projects to budget. Encourage engineering based OE projects.

- You will be taught how to stock check many of our general consumable stores and the re-ordering process and how to allocate bar codes as requested by our scientists for importing into the Chemical Inventory.

As a Multi Skilled Engineer / Engineering Technician your purpose is to provide high quality scheduled and unplanned/reactive maintenance across the blow moulding / Dairy site

-Involved in application,calibration & servicing for cleanroom Equipment and Instrumentation
-provides customer support to end user

Working Experience:
-Diploma/ITE in Electronics disciplines
-Both written & spoken English & Chinese
-Fresh graduate also welcome. 1-3 years related work experience would be added advantage
-Must be pleasant, independent and have positive attitude
-Customer service-oriented focus, with good public relations
-Must posses a Singapore Class 3 license

• Able to rectify electrical, and maintenance works preferred with carpentry knowledge or background.
• Able to plan and prioritize job schedule by maximizing workforce and allocate manpower resources.
• Possess the ability to read and interpret specifications and drawing.
• Possess good coordination skills to liaise with project site managers, designers and/or subcontractors.
• Lead the team to implement workplace safety and corrective measures at job sites
• To take charge of the company inventory to review project budget, and monitor spending of raw materials including basic workshop tools and equipments.
