Due to increased headcount we are recruiting for a Maintenance Excellence Manager to join our Butter plant at our flagship site in Market Drayton. The purpose of the Maintenance Excellence Manager is to service and repair all machinery in area of responsibility, whilst actively seeking and implementing new improvement methods to increase reliability and improve efficiencies.

Your challenge in the role of Maintenance Excellence Manager:

- Develop and drive the annual implementation plan for Maintenance Excellence Roadmap
- Implement and effectively establish key engineering processes, in line with Maintenance Excellence roadmap requirements

- Develop enhanced usage of the site CMMS
- Develop a 'top loss' analysis culture utilising site operational measures

In this role the key responsibilities will include:

- Supervise and carry out maintenance activities to ensure equipment remains operational.
- Implement the Muller Production System within the unit.
- Delegate maintenance tasks across the unit team.

You will be working as a Grounds Maintenance operative in the local Market Harborough area. This position involves you working outdoors come rain or shine. You must be able to work using your own initiative, have excellent public facing skills and be reliable.

Salary: £17,778.85 pro rata (£25,000 FTE)

Role
Provide first and second line IT support to staff and pupils, ensuring smooth operation of all IT services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs.
• Maintain IT security, manage accounts, and update software.
• Install, commission, and dispose of IT equipment.
• Collaborate with Uppingham IT team and manage on-site contractors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Knowledge of managed iOS, Microsoft 365, MS Windows, Google Suite, and AV equipment.
• Strong customer service skills, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
