We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor and a Cleaning Team Leader for our client, a large well established facilities management company. The role is based in Preston PR3.

You will be leading the cleaning team within a Mental Health Unit as well as carrying out cleaning duties at a Hospital in Preston. The general cleaning including mopping, sweeping, sanitation and cleaning toilets.

It will be your responsibility to ensure the Cleaning Team Members are following company standards and H&S measures as well as ensure cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Ensuring Company equipment is stored, cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Take responsibility for ensuring a safe system of work & communicating to workers prior to the commence of shifts / activities.

You must have experience of supervising a team of cleaners.

The Cleaning Supervisor role is working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm and the rate is £12.45 per hoour
The Cleaning Team Leader is working 5 days out of 7 and the rates are £11.95 per hour through the week, £15.85 per hour on a Saturday and £20.87 per hour on a Sunday.

You must hold a current DBS certificate, or be willing to have one processed.

About The Role
You'll work in a team to carry out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning washrooms/toilets, offices and accommodation areas.

You will be working Monday to Friday with occasions out of hours and weekend, 08:00 to 16:00, 37.5 hours per week, on a permanent, full-time basis.
