As a teaching assistant, you will be in year 4, and will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the pupils, as well as supporting the class teacher. This is particularly important when working with SEN children, as they work based on their ability rather than age. SEN experience would also be desirable in this role, however it is not essential as it will depend on the school you are placed in.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
• Be a team player and take instruction
