Job Summary

This Position Is Responsible for Identifying, Developing And Executing Procurement / Sourcing Strategies For The Most Cost Effective Pricing And Best Services with vendors for Professional Services category: (Management Consulting, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Travel, Audit, Information Security, Research). Senior Analyst will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, managing escalations, understanding Business pipeline and forecast and providing a strategic plan for streamlining vendors while becoming a Subject Matter Expert for the appointed category. Training And Mentoring Junior Team Members and Implementing the Identified Opportunities Directly Alongside Senior Management
Analyst is responsible for leading and supporting the design and implementation of strategic sourcing activities (RFPs, RFIs, Market Scans, Category Management) for appointed category; participating in the strategic sourcing process by partnering with Business stakeholders to define specifications and requirements, leading, conducting internal and external data & pricing analysis, and providing recommendations based on analysis. Senior Analyst should be able to independently analyze Industry Markets And assess risk, gather intelligence on fundamental conditions, and technical Information that affects the category. Senior Analyst will also be responsible for contract negotiations and contract compliance. Sourcing:
 Leads the design and implementation of strategic sourcing activities by partnering with internal users to define requirements and conducting external market analysis, assessing risk, gathering intelligence on fundamental conditions and technical information that affects the product/service.
 Leads the RFP process including (the bid process, negotiation process, analyzing supplier responses etc).
 Leads the negotiation process by analyzing and assessing supplier responses. Makes recommendations on supplier negotiation strategy.
 Research fact-based inquiries during the sourcing strategy development process.
 Contributes recommendations to sourcing strategy development.
 Develops, scores portions, and assesses responses from RFPs
Contracting:
 Serves as a lead in the contract and award process, negotiating the contract to completion with all applicable and necessary terms.
 Serves as the lead in the implementation and transition process of new agreements. Develop and lead portions of work/implementation project plans.
 Reviews contracts, pricing, purchase orders, and service levels agreements.
 Maintain web-based procurement tool Contracting Process.
 Manage the review and approval of contracts in accordance with Execution of Instruments Policy and other corporate policies.

Category Management / Analytics:
 Prepares reports, performs analysis and tracks benchmarking of category spend.
 Serves as a lead to collect and analyze data from disparate sources, draws conclusions, and makes recommendations to management on aspects of the sourcing strategy process.
 Independently gathers and synthesized third party (secondary) research.
 Creates and maintains category spending and pricing databases.
 Performs value analysis and total cost of ownership analytical activities.

Key Role:

Identify, manage, escalate, and mitigate supply-based risks throughout the procurement life cycle in support of prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategy by effectively partnering with other functional groups such as Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Risk Management, or Finance. With moderate supervision, the Senior Guest Advisor assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities. They provide outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes elements of GameStop's Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. This position ensures products are easily accessible and purchasable, boosts sales by sharing product and gaming knowledge with guests, maintains a clean and organized shopping environment, and fosters guest loyalty and repeat business.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing GameStop. Prioritize guests over tasks and demonstrate this commitment by circulating throughout the store.
• Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system, ensuring top-notch guest service.
• Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering phone calls promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure every guest receives top-notch guest service.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits, such as the new title reservations program and the Pro Rewards guest loyalty program.
• Ensure that all areas of the store, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised according to company guidelines. Ensure all store fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control and loss prevention practices, including scam awareness, safety best practices, and making bank deposits as required.
• Conduct store inventory counts, stock/restock merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and move products from the stock room to the front of the store to ensure that all products in the store are represented, organized, and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Support store management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system. Ensure that all closeout paperwork for daily business transactions and bank deposit slips are completed correctly and accurately. Assist management in ensuring the store has sufficient cash and change for sales transactions. Make daily bank deposits following established guidelines.
• Check shipments for discrepancies or shortages and record any discrepancies in the POS system. Report any discrepancies to the Store Leader / Store Leader 2/Assistant Store Leader as needed.
• Process defectives/recalls, and stock pulls accurately and promptly, ensuring that all boxes are properly labeled and include packing lists.
• Visually inspect associates' and leaders' packages and/or belongings at store closing or at the end of a shift.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Guest Advisors in the absence of management.
• Consistently adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities.
• Follow all opening and closing procedures.
• Observe associate performance and provide timely and appropriate feedback to the store management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must provide proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.**
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

• Bend, stoop, reach with arms/hands, climb ladders, and lift merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs. from ground level to a minimum height of 4 feet.
