The Leidos Defense Group is seeking Information Assurance Analysts for future and upcoming positions at Langley AFB. These positions are part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission.

Applicants will support the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) by providing Information Assurance (IA) support to AF Wing and Squadron-level organizations located at Joint-Base Langley-Eustis VA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advise, conduct and document risk assessments.
• Help develop System Security Plans (SSP), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
• Provide continuous surveillance of mission critical AF DCGS systems and components inclusive of Authority to Operate (ATO) and Interim Authorizations to Test (IATT) components.
• Perform computer equipment, software and magnetic media inspections during Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) installations and removals.
• Investigate, verify and report information related to firewall exception requests, network service requests (NSR) and port service requests (PSR).
• Implement IA and security standards and procedures to identify, report and resolve security violations.
• Develop capability-based IA requirements based upon user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands. 
• Develop, collaborate and coordinate IA solutions with product developers and AF acquisition agents, security, Information Technology and operations personnel during day-to-day operations and during weekly / monthly Integration forums.
• Validate and maintain the accreditation of the assigned Security Plans.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree and 4 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance eligibility and DOD 8570.01 certifications prior to assignment
• Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively with on-site personnel and enterprise AF DCGS stakeholders and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Applicants possessing extensive working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Assessment and Authorizations (A&A), Xacta IA Manager and Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) A&A workflow platforms are highly desired

Construction inspection assistance to the FAA Resident Engineer is required for various projects including, but not limited to: building a new wing for environmental equipment and mechanical systems, roofing, parking lots, facility refurbishment and security doors.

The candidates will apply broad experience and advanced technical knowledge on multiple, varying and complex assignments. It is necessary to plan, coordinate and perform work with a high degree of independence, while keeping the Project Engineer advised of significant problem areas. The work will require the ability to operate independently to evaluate the functional status of systems and facilities, construction progress, review electrical schematics, installation designs and specifications, manage project logistics, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and prepare risk mitigation plans.

Routine duties will include:

• Review, document, and report on construction progress to the FAA Resident Engineer.
• Monitor construction site safety, and prepare notices of unsafe working conditions.
• Perform engineering analysis with respect to code compliance, reliability, maintainability, safety, economy, project specifications, and recommend corrective action where appropriate.
• Provide estimates of construction progress.
• Escort contractor personnel in security restricted areas.
• Maintain records of receipt, inventory and condition of Government Furnished Material (GFM).
• Prepare daily entries in the Construction Logbook.
• Maintain records of all correspondence and reports pertaining to the project.

This position requires approximately 75% travel.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical background and experience with construction projects, risk mitigation, coordination planning and documentation.
• Experience reviewing project drawings and specifications.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain Public Trust security clearance.
• 6 years of prior relevant construction management experience such as Superintendent, Foreman, etc. or BS with 2+ years relevant experience.

Leidos has an immediate opening for an Attorney with strong background in International Regulatory Compliance to join our Corporate Legal team at our Reston, VA headquarters. We are looking for an Attorney with experience handling international regulatory compliance matters to include international anti-corruption compliance and international trade compliance. The position will work closely with various members of the legal, ethics and compliance, contracts, procurement, internal audit, and accounting/finance departments, as well as various line organization functions and personnel focused on international business.

This is a hybrid role with partial telework flexibility but you must live in the DC Metro area for regular visits to Reston, VA headquarters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with due diligence reviews and assessments of international business opportunities and activities, and the retention and supervision of third parties to support international business, to ensure compliance with international anti-corruption laws and regulations.
• Conduct Corporate International Regulatory Compliance group self-assessments.
• Support enterprise-wide International Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption training by managing outreach and maintaining the currency of training materials.

Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in support of the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) program.  The selected candidate will perform as a Multi-Function Systems Analyst will work at The Pentagon and be responsible for the quality of services delivered on the program. The program supports the Air Force District Washington (AFDW), 844 CG.  

The scope includes:

• Performing a full range of IT operations and maintenance services.

• Developing, engineering, and implementing IT solutions.

• Providing IT support to the National Military Command Center (NMCC).

The QA Engineer focus primarily on supporting the NMCC portion of the scope.  The QA Engineer will ensure all performance standards, measures, and contract deliverables are in conformance with the contract and performance work statement (PWS), the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Leidos’ EngineeringEdge NextGen (EENG) standard methodologies, industry standards and best practices, and the AFNCR Quality Control Plan (QCP).  As opportunities to improve process and performance are identified, the QA Engineer will guide the improvement to ensure effective implementation is achieved.

The position is expected to be onsite at the Pentagon, Washington, DC.

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Maintain adherence to the program Quality Management System.

• Ensure compliance with the PWS, the QASP, EENG, ISO (namely 9001:2015), CMMI-SVC, and the GSMO QMP.

• Create, update, and adopt a Tailored Process Baseline (TPB) for the program as applicable.

• Work as a member of the Mission Assurance team and works with project technicians, engineers, and managers to develop and implement QA surveillance approaches.

• Review program processes and procedures.

• Collect and report performance metrics and key performance indicators and progress toward meeting quality objectives.

• Provide review and input to program plans and other program documents in support of accurate and on-time CDRL deliverables and work products.

• Ensure product development and services processes meet customer expectations.

• Update and implement associated Quality Control Plans.

• Monitor workflow and process compliance and track corrective actions to closure.

• Review and inspect process outputs and deliverables to ensure compliance to contract requirements.

• Support performance verification testing as needed.

• Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance and report results to Leadership.

• Review the results of metrics analysis to determine whether additional process audits are needed.

• Execute audit approach and define thresholds to assess audit results.

• Document and work to resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.  

• Routinely report progress on resolution to management.

• Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the quality management system.

• Support other Quality actions and responsibilities across the program as required.

• Monitor and track quality action items and quality issues through resolution.

• Identify and report project quality risks to program management.

• Facilitate contributions to the Risk and Opportunity Register and Peer Review Log.

• Provide support to the Quality Manager.

• Support program NMCC Staff Meetings and Reporting, such as Daily Status Reports.

• Support Leidos reporting, such as Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews.

• Support contractual requirement for periodically escorting visitors.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience; or a Master’s degree in a related discipline with 2+ years of professional experience.

• Currently possess a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI status.

• Experience in ISO 9001 Service Management and Information Technology.

• Experience working with SharePoint and MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
