Education and Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of information security, risk management and compliance frameworks
• Experience with evaluating SOC reports with knowledge over security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of data. This includes experience evaluating user entity controls or CUEC’s.

• Proven experience as compliance manager.  Advanced knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to internal audit, including emerging legislation, auditing standards and accounting principles.

The Currency, Commodities & Derivative Operations (CCDO) team perform end to end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across CCDO businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non FICC businesses. The responsibilities of the Financial Crimes Quality Assurance will include, but are not limited to:

• If there are violations bring that immediately to managers attention so that we can immediately get resolved  
• Filing and scanning of documents as necessary
• Special projects as assigned

Skill/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
•  2 to 3 years Regulatory compliance or Accounts Payable experience required
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Calculate figures
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Able to work as a team or individually
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent thinker
• Able to deal with changes as they happen
