The position is a Supervisory Health Systems Specialist (Chief, Quality Management) in a multi-service, complex, tertiary health care system. The Supervisory HSS is under the direct supervision of the Medical Center Director, and has delegated authority and responsibility for managing the Quality Management/ Performance Improvement program.

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitors and evaluates quality of care and facilitates the Center-wide reduction of variance in care.

Primary Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain SMO/COE, the Master Data Quality & Governance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data and will be responsible for overseeing and implementing data governance strategies, policies, practices, and processes across the Asia Pacific region. This position is located in the Joint Forces Headquarters-State, Logistics Directorate (J-4), Surface Maintenance Facility. Duties involve complex inspection work, requiring a wide variety of inspection processes and techniques, at remote worksites or field installations where a supervisor is not readily available. In these situations, work is performed very independently and decisions require a wide range of subjective judgments.

Inspects a large variety of heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles such as attack tanks, large cranes, tank retrievers, fire trucks, bridge transporters, armored vehicle launched bridges, bulldozers, road graders, crawler tractors, power shovels, self propelled earth compacting equipment, self propelled artillery, etc. May also inspect heavy artillery, small arms, powered support and other equipment or components of equal or lesser complexity.

Role Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D teams in the USA, Japan, and Singapore to ensure that design control is completed in accordance with procedures, WI, regulatory requirements, and assure that required outputs have been completed
• Execute risk management for devices, processes, and provide the assessment results from product development through to the launch

· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, QA, and R&D, to ensure timely support and resolution of QC issues.

Qualifications:

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a QC laboratory within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a focus on raw materials (experience with GMP and GLP preferred).

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytical testing techniques, especially HPLC, GC, FTIR, and wet chemistry methods. Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a plus.

· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing, documentation, and reporting.

· Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and standards, including FDA, ICH, and USP guidelines for raw materials.

Work Environment:

· Ability to work in a laboratory setting, which may involve exposure to chemicals and use of protective equipment.

· May require occasional lifting of equipment or samples (up to 25 lbs).

Job Duties:

• Manage the process for QMS audits, to ensure compliance of the organization’s Integrated Management Systems wrt ISO9001/TS16949/ VDA 6.3, Customer specific requirements.
• Identify areas/ system gaps for improvement and implementation. Establish and drive QMS enhancement and integration roadmap/milestones.
• Work closely with Operations and key stakeholders to maintain consistent manufacturing, quality policies and compliance
• Responsible for maintaining/improving fab performance though SPC program.
• Investigate root causes and resolve key fab-related quality issues and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Manage Non-Conformance cases with respect to on-time closure with the relevant customers/Business Lines.
• Responsible for Outgoing and Periodic review OQA performance to drive defect reductions
• Responsible for Document Centre Management & Library Services
• Management of change among diverse cultures in a fast paced environment
• Co-work with related functions to support the wafer fabrication process to drive process/system optimization and effectiveness

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemical / Electrical Engineering / Physics / Chemistry or equivalent
• 8+ years in semiconductor industry preferred
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication process essential
• Strong in project management skills, facilitation, analytical skills and system thinking
