Purpose of Position

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Snr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ISO and AS certifications, as well as a proven track record in quality control management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, aligning with ISO and AS certifications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and maintain a culture of quality excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems based on ISO and AS standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day quality control operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent quality outcomes to quality control inspectors and technicians
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for enhancing quality processes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to establish and enforce quality standards at all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans, including sampling techniques, testing methodologies, and documentation procedures.
• Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance and identify trends, presenting findings to management and suggesting improvement strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ISO and AS certifications, as well as industry best practices, and incorporate them into the quality management system.
• Assist in the preparation of audits by external certification bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and readily accessible.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.); advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on ISO and AS certifications.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9120 Standards, with the ability to interpret and implement their requirements effectively.
• Proven experience in managing quality control teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
• Proficiency in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

As a Senior QC Analyst, you will leverage your technical expertise in a variety of testing techniques and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirement:

• Provide technical leadership in biochemical testing, including cell counts, flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR analysis, and compendial testing (pH, Conductivity, Appearance) as per USP, JP, and EP standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and method-related issues by analyzing data and trends to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with tech transfer teams to introduce new processes or modify existing ones, acting as the lab's designated point of contact.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent.

• Expertise in bioassays (ELISA, PCR, FACS) and ability to maintain quality standards while achieving results.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of all relevant laws, regulations and corporate governance requirements including data privacy, Charities Act etc.
• Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures. Ensure policies align with the relevant laws and regulations.

Job Description

• Put up technical statements and requirements for all aspects of Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA) Works, including network development and associated field engineering works.
• Execute procurement functions, including strategic sourcing and supply contracting works.
• Communicate and work very closely with the Procurement Manager and ICA Head for preparation of the invitation of the request for Proposal and administering of the purchase requisition and award consent.
• Maintain and update all procurement documentation and records.
• Support the Instrumentation, Control and Automation Head of Department in budget monitoring.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience. Applicants with more than 8 years of working experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Executive.
• Experience in Environmental Engineering, particularly in water, wastewater treatment, and Waste-to-Energy (WTE) industries, with a focus on SCADA and DCS is preferred.
• Good oral and written command in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with auditing procedures and compliance standards.
• Commercially orientated with good negotiation skill.
