• Prepare, disseminate, and maintain plans, instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) concerning the information systems and networks.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance - willing to obtain CI Poly
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10 or more years’ experience in information technology management, preferably in a defense contractor or military environment.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including network infrastructure & security, systems engineering, encryption, and access controls.
• Familiarity with relevant security frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, DISS, RMF and FISMA.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

This role will be responsible for managing the CISO Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Execution Team primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to innovate, support and help lead global MCA Transformation efforts including approach design, development, implementation, reporting, and governance. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in leadership management, risk management and/or regulatory compliance in one or more of the following risk disciplines: technology risk, business continuity, operational risk, supplier risk, or audit and controls.
• Broad knowledge of other risk areas, with strong understanding of supplier or third-party risk impact in a financial services company is a plus. Demonstrates knowledge of in-scope business and product areas.

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Manage and support all QC personnel including hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development to ensure a highly competent and engaged workforce.

• Conduct specification reviews, develop project QC/QA plans, generate material submittals, develop RFI's, review quality data and inspections, and manage QC/QA of subcontractors to assure timely project success.

• Provide customer service to help provide customer satisfaction. This could include internal and external technical training on materials production and/or construction processes.

• Establish, maintain, and leverage relationships with owners, customers, and manufacture representatives.

• Support evaluation and implementation of new material technologies throughout the region, area, or large project well applicable.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, project quality estimates, and manage all quality management finances to achieve positive cost center/project financial performance.

• Participate in and promote Granite’s safety procedures to promote a safe working environment including compliance with OSHA and MSHA rules and regulations.

• Facilitate and participate in first installs of each specific scope of work to ensure compliance.

• Industry recognised expert in the field of flow assurance.
• Proven experience with an operating company or technical consultancy is a must.
• Experience on a range of flow assurance projects ranging from Concept through to Detailed Design and Execute.
• A relevant number of years of hands-on experience in the field of flow assurance.

Philips is moving from our current Third-Party Screenings Program (DDP 1.0) to a new Third Party Screenings Program (DDP 2.0).   Philips will leverage the latest technology, automation, and risk assessment techniques to ensure we can effectively understand and successfully mitigate risks associated with doing business with its external third parties. This position will partner with the Program Lead to drive the program towards successful completion.  This role will require you to leverage your experience and effective program management techniques and resources to ensure that our locally (Amsterdam) and globally based team is always aligned and focused on our ultimate goal of reducing Philips’ third-party risk exposure.

In your role you will:

• Develop and implement the program governance framework (i.e., decision making process via Steerco, program team, workstreams etc. as well as involvement of zones/regions, business, function stakeholders as required

• Plan and design the program and proactively monitor its overall progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.

• Ensure that the overall program timelines are updated as needed based upon latest program developments.

• Ensure day-to-day management of the program including supervising and controlling the program progress (i.e., managing and chairing the meetings, maintaining trackers etc.)

• Manage stakeholders and cascade relevant, regular messaging about the program status and the next steps, on-time and to the right audience so that the entire organization is aware of the DDP 2.0 program, how it will impact them, and what their roles and responsibilities will be under this new program.

Title:

KBR is seeking a Test Control Center Manager to support NGA in the testing of geospatial data at the Springfield, VA location. The Test Control Center Manager (TCM) role provides technical and scheduling oversight of the Test Control Center (TCC) spaces of the NGA Test Organization (NTO). The TCC includes multiple test suites, each with multiple test workstations, which serve as work and meeting space for integration test activities. The NTO spaces also house the work spaces for Field Service Representatives (FSR) supporting NTO integration test activities. The TCM acts as a central point of contact for all TCC issues and requests, and provides coordination with NGA Security and Installations (SI), the Enterprise Support Center (ESC), and other NGA offices as necessary.   

Responsibilities: 

• Provide TCC Management, ensuring the upkeep and readiness of the TCC test cells and FSR spaces. 

• Open and monitor trouble tickets as needed to support TCC upkeep and test readiness. 

• Assist troubleshooting problems as they relate to the TAC test environment, systems or mission. 

• Verify Operational Approval to Test (OATT) for subject segments/systems. 

Required Education, Experience, & Skills: 

• Bachelors Degree in related field with at least ten years of related technical experience. 

• A minimum of five years of experience managing technical teams. 

• Experience must include automation and manual software quality assurance testing with enterprise- level web and client/server applications. 

• Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements analysis, test planning, test case design, and test execution 

• Thorough understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies, including: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing and defect tracking. 

• Experience in writing test scripts and creating detailed test plans, test cases from use cases and requirements documentation.
