Information Technology Management & Systems Engineering:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of information systems and technology infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the USG to understand their technical requirements and ensure efficient and effective system deployment.
- Manage and support the integration of various software applications, databases, and network systems.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to improve IT operations and enhance functionality.
- Familiarity with Domain and Enterprise technical responsibilities surrounding server roles like DHCP, DNS, CA, ADFS, ADDS.
- Familiarity with Certificate Authorities, domain certificate signing and experience with issuing and managing certificates within the environment.
- Familiarity with deployment and installation of vCenter, vSphere and utilizing virtualization in an air gapped network.
- Familiarity with deploying approved COTS & GOTS software within an air gapped network
- Familiarity with managing Active Directory OU's, Users, and Groups.

- Provide strategic direction, guidance, and supervision to a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and professional development.

Information Assurance / Compliance Reporting:
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant security standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and implement appropriate countermeasures.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including investigating and resolving security breaches or unauthorized access incidents.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to proactively address potential risks.
- Prepare and submit reports on IT operations, security incidents, and system performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in audits and assessments of IT infrastructure and information systems to validate compliance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate the continuous monitoring of systems, utilizing scanning tool such as Security Content Automation Protocols (SCAP) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) or (TENABLE, NESSUS), & Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIGs).
- Execute patch management system solution and Microsoft quarterly system updates to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
- Prepare, disseminate, and maintain plans, instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) concerning the information systems and networks.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance - willing to obtain CI Poly
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10 or more years’ experience in information technology management, preferably in a defense contractor or military environment.
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including network infrastructure & security, systems engineering, encryption, and access controls.
- Familiarity with relevant security frameworks and regulations, such as NIST, DISS, RMF and FISMA.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or CompTIA Security+ Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP).
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and different flavors of Linux.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
