SEN Quality Assurance Manager

Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a SEN Quality Assurance Manager in Tower Hamlets

The SEN Quality Assurance Manager will manage and lead the SEND Quality Assurance Framework and processes in ensuring high quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/ or Disabilities (SEND).

Pay rate - £266.24 per day / £350 ltd (umbrella)

Main Responsibilities

As a SEN Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• To oversee the processes within the Quality Assurance Framework, continually improving the quality of advice provided for, and quality of issued, EHCPs following assessment and review.
• To support the SEND Service Manager in reporting on the quality of EHCPs to the SEND Improvement Board through audits and findings of the Quality Assurance Group.
• To deliver training and tools to the SEND Service regarding coproduction, keeping the child/young person at the heart of a person-centred approach and having regard to the voice of the child/young person and the aspirations of the family at all times.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS
• Experience in a similar role
• An extensive knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the associated SEND Code of Practice.

Position Overview

You will report directly to the Senior Director, License Compliance in a hybrid position. You will lead a team in License Compliance Sales to develop strategies to ensure the revenue generation of Autodesk's License Compliance software program. You will research and identify customers out of compliance. You will promote and initiate our creative program strategies, collaborate, ensure and influence channel support of the programs. Establish and implement guidelines to ensure consistencies while creating and modifying strategy to meet the needs of our customers in different countries.

Responsibilities

• You will manage a team of our accomplished License compliance sales professionals to exceed assigned quotas, ensuring team efficiency and revenue goals are met
• You will lead the way in working collaboratively with our Territory sales teams on account planning activities to ensure the best customer experiences
• Manage sales Indicators, pipeline and activity metrics (all leading indicators) of team to ensure these are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals.
• Deliver timely and accurate forecasting of the business, and pipeline management
• Track metrics and ensures balance of sales end enforcement activity is maintained
• Responsible for hiring, team effectiveness, performance management and skill development of staff
• Monitor and reviews long-term goals of the program and ensure our campaigns are performed within budget and that License Compliance revenue targets are met
• Collaborate on best practices and lead License Compliance strategies with other geographies
• May engage in final stage negotiation with C level customers
• May make presentations to customers about the benefits of Autodesk software
• Be the first point of escalation when a customer case is stuck or not moving in the right direction

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Sales experience and track record working with large-scale customers handling main accounts in an enterprise segment
• Sales experience exceeding quotas
• Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing experience with C level customers
• Experience or knowledge in Cyber security industry is a benefit
• Experience selling in value-based selling models a benefit
• Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
• Experience engaging with senior executive levels

Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, Sales, your primary responsibility as as Business Operations Manager is to collaborate with the Global License Compliance leader and regional leadership team to develop and implement programs that help achieve Global License Compliance objectives. You will also work with other Business Operations Managers for different customer segments to ensure consistency.

You will focus on safeguarding Autodesk's Intellectual Property. Global License Compliance identifies noncompliant customers and non-paying users, converting them into subscribers and driving sustainable growth while fostering long-term customer relationships. • Demonstrable ability to present at all levels
• Demonstrable track record of influencing and rallying diverse team members using both qualitative and quantitative insights
• Demonstrable ability to dive into details for execution while contextualizing recommendations/initiatives within the broader company strategy

Effective implementation of AML and Economic Sanctions compliance program

• To implement AML and Economic Sanctions Guidelines and programs, including but not limited to embedding compliance requirement in day-to-day operations of business.
• To develop and implement a risk-based assurance and monitoring program to ensure the compliance of the respective AML requirement.
• To implement the group-wide monitoring system on AML and Economic Sanctions in accordance with Group Compliance direction.
• To enhance compliance monitoring programs and investigation in relation AML requirements.
• To work with respective business collaborators effectively implementing AML source of wealth assessment.
• Training and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
• Support and coordinate with regulators on their regulatory inspection visits on AML Compliance.
• Effective compliance program assessment per agreed metrics by Group Compliance.
• Initiate proactive gap analyses and gap closure projects under AML and Economic Sanctions Programs.
• Maintain consistent local compliance policies and procedures which are aligned with Group Compliance policies and guidelines.
• Implement a risk based local assurance and monitoring programme which is expressly designed to assess compliance with AIA Group as well as local regulatory standards.
• To facilitate and support the development of AML and Economic Sanctions establishment under Target Operating Model.

• To be appointed as Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the company and conduct all vital duties as required.

Build a robust and well controlled AML system to ensure it performs as expected

• To embed AML System alerts and controls into Compliance and first lines daily operational process.
• Ongoing review the performance of AML System to align with the latest business and system development. Ensure key system functionality on AML system are continuously improved and any identified deficiency are timely resolved.

Effective implementation of compliance policies and related procedures to address key compliance risks of Anti-Corruption

• Liaise with respective affected departments to implement action plan to remediate the gap identified. To supervise the implementation status of remediation action plans to ensure risks are adequately addressed.
• To implement compliance program in accordance of the agreed compliance plan.
• Effective management of compliance incidents including performing investigation, reporting and escalation and the monitoring of the implementation of remedial actions.
• Training and communication of compliance policies and procedures.
• Effective compliance program assessment per agreed metrics by Group Compliance. Quality and clarity of issues and risk reporting.
• Maintain consistent local compliance policies and procedures which are aligned with Group Compliance policies and guidelines.

Engagement with Business Units collaborators to ensure compliance risk is embedded into business decision

• Coordinate AML Committee (including first line and second line people) with regular meeting as an engagement platform to discuss various tasks and improvements in company AML program.
• Enhance engagement with business units to provide advice and solutions to lead compliance and regulatory risks in areas acting as SME in order to support quality business growth. Maintains relationships with a network of diverse contacts.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Law or Business or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years proven working experience in the financial services industry focused on compliance, risk management, legal and/ or internal controls.
• Professional qualification in life insurance, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT Audit or related disciplines is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the Insurance business is preferred.

Job Description

The Manager of Quality Control & Technical Services has a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including, but not limited to:  ensuring that aircraft maintenance and all associated record-keeping is performed in compliance with FAA, manufacturer’s, and Citigroup Aviation requirements and standards; managing the maintenance departments external and internal compliance and reporting obligations; fulfilling all other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as active and engaged quality control inspector during return to service of aircraft.
• Assist the Director of Maintenance with managing Quality Control delegated technicians as required when not available for return to service oversight.
• Oversee, maintain, and administer the full life cycle of Citigroup MX Tracking processes (CAMP/CMP) and ensure they are being properly completed.
• Perform full life cycle review of aircraft paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that appropriate entries are made in permanent aircraft maintenance records.
• Manage technical publications currency to ensure regulatory compliance as necessary for the performance of maintenance, preventative maintenance, and alterations.
• Monitor aircraft discrepancy records to ascertain that corrective action has been taken on all mechanical irregularities listed by crewmembers, in accordance with procedures specified in GMM.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Airworthiness Directives – maintain compliance records and tracking system.
• Maintain a repository for aircraft records: Registrations, Certificates, 337’s, STC’s, ICA’s, AD’s, etc.
• Manage calibration program. Maintain records for precision tool/test equipment and ensure that equipment is calibrated within the specified frequency.
• Manage and maintain Tool Control program. Update and revise as required to meet industry best practices.
• Ensure proper identification, storage/protection, segregation of serviceable, un-repairable and rejected items, and proper tags/identifications.
• Submit reports of defects or unairworthy conditions to the FAA if warranted.
• Assist DOM as required with the FAA in conducting inspections of company operated aircraft or company facilities.
• Oversee auditing and authorizing contracted vendors working on company aircraft including internal and external audits.
• Assist assigned Aircraft Lead Technicians oversee the quality of the work performed on company aircraft by outside vendors.
• Oversee the Maintenance Department training program, including the scheduling and compliance with all required training.
• Assist to develop, maintain, and update the Department’s General Maintenance Manual to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Coordinate with the Safety Manager for all maintenance related safety issues.
• Gather and record data sufficient to monitor the performance reliability and dispatchability of the aircraft and issue regular reports for Senior Management review.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years proven quality experience with managing, implementation, and direction of quality control and assurance programs, preferably in FAA Part 121, 135, 145, or Part 91 maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Code of Federal Regulations and standards relating to aircraft maintenance and operations.
• Experience with Safety related programs and initiatives; OSHA, Environmental, Ramp processes, ISO, etc. (preferred)
• Experience with internal and external auditing – administrative and process based.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis – leading investigations and resolving issues with recommendations for improvement.
• Fluency in all aspects of MTX Tracking systems (CAMP, CMP, etc.) and documentation structure.
• Experience and fluency in tracking, compiling, and reporting on aircraft dispatch reliability and operational availability metrics.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Power Point, OneNote, and Teams.

Education & Training:

• Bachelor's or University degree or equivalent experience, required.
• Possesses a valid FAA Airframe and Power Plant license, required.
• Possesses a valid Inspection Authorization, preferred.

• Responsible for the overall design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of risk and compliance program that is focused on regulatory, and sales (market conduct) compliance, whilst ensuring its alignment with business objectives and IW’s strategic directions.

• Oversee the quality assurance associated with PEP, SDN, tax evasion, adverse findings through regular PEP and sanction screening.
• Oversee quality assurance associated with due diligence and transaction monitoring reviews with the use of data analytics, early warning system reports and AML Systems
• Prepare regular AML/CFT/ABC related management reports to various stakeholders.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement (such as automation opportunities, revised operational workflows) and partner with AIA SG Risk and Compliance teams to streamline relevant IW’s risk and compliance operational processes
• Develop and implement an effective education and engagement program through ongoing communication and training to embed a strong risk culture and ethics.
• Responsible for structuring, leading, coaching and developing the risk and compliance team to support the business and ensuring  deliverables.
