The Person
It is essential that you can prioritise your workload and identify where the focus needs to be in regards to possible levels of risk. You will be personable and confident with having necessary conversations with your colleagues and stakeholders when it comes to the importance of compliance. A good head for data will be essential which will go with a high level of proficiency in your IT skills, as you will be able to produce and analyse reports.
The Role
Reporting to our Director of Facilities, you will be providing support to the Trust, this will include:
Leading on the development and implementation of a new compliance system
Conduct site inspections
Collate and analyse compliance data so as to provide advice and guidance to stakeholders
Liaise with site teams and external stakeholders
To ensure accurate and robust compliance to support the Trust’s Estates strategy.
To manage the Trust’s compliance system through effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
To develop systems and processes to optimise the effectiveness of the compliance agenda

What you’ll do day to day:

Firstly, you’ll be responsible for the planning and scheduling of vehicles to ensure the safe transport of custodies in line with the agreed service delivery. You’ll work closely with our crews & establishments (Prisons, Courts etc) to ensure custodies are transported on time and in a safe & secure manner. Using a number of IT applications you will be responsible for monitoring the vehicles and responding to emergency alarms raised by crews. You will work with multiple agencies ensuring the safe and secure delivery of the custodies return to their destination! It doesn’t always run smoothly though, so you’ll need to be quick on your feet to adapt to any unpredictable changes and deal with any incidents or challenges that occur throughout the day!

What you need to do the role:

If you are detail oriented, highly organised, resilient with exceptional communication skills, then we want to hear from you! Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar role, when you have been involved in organising large scale logistics / scheduling plans in a large geographical area! You’ll be computer literate with the ability to quickly assimilate large volumes of data/information. Experience is not essential as we will provide full training, however if you do have experience in a similar role, it would be highly beneficial.

We've an excellent full-time opportunity for an Entry-Level Business Development Executive (BDE) within our Cheltenham office.

This is not a standard sales job as your responsibility will be to look at training requests and suggestions that come through from our client; and then quickly liaise with key management to suggest bespoke requests that could be provided.

You'll need to be able to identify the requirements the client has requested, acknowledge the request, reclarify (with potential of upselling) and then action a presentable sales quote in a timely manner.

You'll gain full knowledge of our portfolio and gain sales techniques via our highly renowned in-house Sales Academy plus full on-the-job coaching to successfully deliver against specific measurable targets. Skills and Responsibilities:

• Identify and liaise with key stakeholders/decision makers from a mix of new & existing customers by telephone and email working to grow QA's product offering
• Input, analyse and interpret relevant sales management information to prioritise incoming workload and qualify sales opportunities
• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
• Use relevant data housed in Microsoft Dynamics to fully report on sales activity
• Build quarterly plans to maximise sales opportunities

Tester

Onsite in Gloucestershire Contract £475-£575 per day inside IR35

We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious Tester to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment to drive major business transformation, process and technical change across this complex organisation.

This contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment or hold a valid DV clearance. The Tester role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. The role is based on site.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop understanding of the agreed testing requirements for allocated projects and conduct necessary test analysis.

* Design and creation of test conditions.

* Identify and create test data.

* Execute tests, log results, raise defects with the appropriate level of information and report on progress.

* Enter and update scripts in the test repository.

* Assist with the ongoing development and implementation of the test automation framework.

* Maintain and revise current test suite.

* Peer review document sets.

* Continuous collaboration with customers and the development teams.

Technical skills:

* Test Automation (preferably Robot Framework)

* Linux skills (ideally with bash scripting experience)

* Coding skills (preferably Python, Java or C#)

* Database knowledge (Ideally MongoDB, or SQL)

* Knowledge & experience with the following:

** Docker

** JSON & XML file structures

** Open SSL

* Knowledge & experience of Cucumber and/or writing automation tests in a BDD format.

Job Purpose: - To provide administrative support to the corporate and divisional Patient Safety & Quality Teams. - To support the DATIX System Manager with the administration of the Trust Risk Management Software (DATIX). Key Areas of Responsibility: - Ensuring that a consistent level of admin support is provided to the Patient Safety & Quality team. - Responding to routine enquiries from all grades of staff across the Trust as well as from representatives of external organisations -Co-ordinating and supporting the provision of training in patient safety and risk processes, including maintaining a record of all training undertaken. - Requesting and tracking patient notes as requested by the team. - Carrying out general administration duties including: taking minutes, answering the phone, electronic filing, generating basic reports, data entry, responding to emails and some aspects of diary management. - Arranging a variety of meetings, workshops and presentations - Supporting the transfer of sensitive and sometimes contentious information arising from safety incidents while maintaining confidentiality and using discretion. - Attending regular team meetings. - Managing shared email inboxes and phone lines and directing queries appropriately. - Providing administration support cover for the Patient Safety & Quality Managers and DATIX systems Manager when absent, escalating any complex queries. - Monitoring and inputting incidents reported through the hotline. - Maintaining up to date contact and distribution lists - Carrying out basic quality assurance checks as instructed. - Maintaining and updating data dashboards as required - Basic use of Trak care and electronic patient record to provide support to the Patient Safety and Quality advisors in identifying admission and appointment history for patients involved in incidents -Prolonged use of computers for majority of working day - Prolonged and frequent periods of concentration - Ability to remain focused during repetitive tasks - Establishing effective and open administrative processes and filing systems that enables easy access to all material by post holder and team. - Requesting goods as required and requested directly by Line Manager using P2P systems - To undertake any other duties compatible with grade in discussion with Line Manager - Managing electronic storage provisions through the use of share drives and SharePoint sites - Supporting the Patient Safety and Quality team tracking incidents and action plans - Responding to enquiries and providing process related advice and guidance where able and escalating queries where required. - Entering data and generating reports from databases and spreadsheets using defined search criteria - Supporting the Datix System Manager in the administration of the Trust risk management software for incidents, risk registers, complaints, PALS, mortality and claims - Carrying out DATIX system administration duties to include: approving contacts, creating and modifying user profiles and resetting passwords. - Supporting the DATIX System Manager with the production of training materials/presentations to support training in the Trust risk management software

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400 or 1600 - 2000
Pay rates are £12.50 - £13.50p/h
