Overview of the Role
You will provide a professional administrative service supporting the data cleansing activities of the CPS Programme for the Purchasing work stream. Working with colleagues and suppliers, you will ensure that the master data is accurate, complete and consistent to enable a seamless migration to a new ERP solution. You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, helping to resolve purchasing and invoice queries and will work with the SAP purchasing system (P2P) and other in-house procurement systems entering information and generating reports. * Generating standard SAP reports and extracting master data

* Supporting the closure of completed purchase orders and identifying any
remediation required to maintain the GR/IR account
* Ensuring open purchase requisitions are approved or closed as required to maintain data quality

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:

Maintenance Standardization Evaluation Program (MSEP): Administers, evaluates, and coordinates a comprehensive quality assurance, maintenance standardization, and inspection program for all areas of the maintenance organization, all maintenance disciplines, job series and Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs). Evaluates the quality of maintenance accomplished in the maintenance organization and performs the necessary quality functions to execute the MSEP, designed to provide management an objective sampling of both the quality of equipment and the proficiency of maintenance personnel. Ensure VAT and corporation tax submissions are accurate, paid and filed on time.
Ensure any other regulatory reporting is accurate and submitted on time.
Assist with the preparation and review of balance sheet recs and other tasks as required.
Assisting with the preparation and review of working capital reporting including variance analysis.
Review and maintain accounting policies and procedures documents to ensure current and in line with relevant accounting standards.
Research and advise on any new accounting standards and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance including drafting policies, procedures and implementing controls for these.
Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and functioning effectively. Review any issues arising and draft and implement mitigating controls and procedures for all areas of accounting and reporting.
