Join us as a Conduct & Oversight Lead Auditor to work within the Conduct & Oversight department delivering its oversight framework through conducting detailed audit activity of its debt collection agencies (DCAs): You will conduct first line oversight of debt collection agency practices, recognise and highlight risks through assurance activity to ensure DCAs are compliant with TDX, client and all relevant regulatory requirements and ensure consumer fair outcomes through monitoring activity.

What you’ll do

• Spending approximately 25% of time at supplier premises conducting a mixture of annual, ad hoc supplier audits/calibrations/training 

• Audit report writing, remediation, recommendations and re-measurement

• Track agency performance and conduct trend analysis to continuously improve the levels of agency quality and consumer treatment

• Client report writing, QA insights and trends

• Conduct QA calibration sessions with suppliers 

• Support client performance meetings

• Internal Audit and Client Audit support

• Track agency performance and conduct trend analysis to continuously improve the levels of agency quality and consumer treatment

• Manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations to ensure regulatory compliance and customer excellence standards are audited and managed sufficiently

• Work alongside Head of C&O to enhance the current levels of oversight of agency performance

• Lead on the design, implementation and continuous review of an oversight models alongside Head of C&O

• Policy and process writing 

• Lead on internal calibration and internal QA

• The role will have an extensive external focus creating direct relationships with the debt collection agencies and external clients

What experience you need  

• Extensive experience in quality assurance including internal and external stakeholder reporting and presentation and providing remedial recommendations

• Strong skills in planning and preparing meticulously, managing your own workload

• Driven with an ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a changing environment 

• Strong experience in a consumer oriented environment

• Strong experience of face to face supplier relationships

• A good understanding of the FCAs purpose and principles

• Good experience of managing stakeholder requirements and expectations

• Good experience in Microsoft/ G-suite computer applications

This is an exciting new opportunity to join TDX Group's Data and Analytics team as a Lead Digital Collections Analyst where you will join at the grassroots of our new product launch and shape our data and analytics and drive insights.  You’ll be an experienced analyst, a self starter, able to grow, lead and expand this new product offering and analytics to our clients .

• Identify analytical insights and solutions through data management and analysis

• Shape and put into practice standards and processes that will empower digital collections strategies

• Design and develop innovative collections and contact strategies

• Continually focus on optimising digital customer journeys and parameters

• Deliver, interpret and add insight to MI on a weekly and monthly basis

• Monitor and communicate digital collections performance throughout the business and to clients

• Provide analytical support to internal colleagues and team members and external clients

What experience you need  

• Be an experienced analyst able to work independently

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail

• Ability to translate business objectives into an analytical agenda

• Experience with database environments and dataset manipulation using analytical software such as SQL/Python/R/Excel

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with confidence and ability to influence others, internally as well as clients 

• Proven experience delivering high quality output to tight deadlines in an analytical role

What could set you apart

• Previous experience of designing, delivering and improving collections strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent

What You’ll Do 

• Data exploration to identify trends and insights on client portfolios

• Exploring opportunities to build, enhance and develop recoveries strategies

• Engaging with clients to understand performance drivers, present visual data insights and deliver valuable improvements

• Running pieces of ad-hoc analysis for internal and external colleagues and clients

What experience you need

• Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through previous analytical role(s)

• Able to communicate results and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders and build effective relationships

• Experience working with analytical software

• Good attention to detail, particularly with numerical outputs 

• Good problem-solving skills

What could set you apart

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent

• Experience in: Debt collections/recovery, Financial Services

• Proficient user of:  SQL, Python, Google Suite

• Engaging with colleagues across the business, in particular communicating technical information effectively 

• Taking responsibility for elements of projects and proactively providing updates when necessary 

• Running the MI processes with the wider team on a weekly and monthly basis

• Monitoring and communicating financial performance throughout the business
